Adding Customer Requirements to the Scope Tool

Question for you all.  The help videos in the scope tool tell you how to manually add CRIM items but how do we manually add customer requirements?  The scope tool manual doesn't tell you either.

I am welcome to all ideas!  Thanks!

@Vernon Anderson You are most likely referring to the menu option 'Customer Requirement Tracability Matrix’ in the published version of the ScopeTool. This menu option is based upon a matrix.

Use in the ScopeTool the process where you have entered/added the requirement icon (this is the icon as seen at (1) in the image below):

Make sure that the category CSR is turned on.

Now open the available matrices (lower left navigation). In the upper left you will see matrices with names like Business Event Matrix, CRIM Matrix and the Customer Requirement Tracability Matrix. Double click on the last one. Notice the following on the right side:

Below this the current matrix will be shown. Check if your just marked requirement is amongst them. If not, either the model list or object list is not sufficiently filled.

For now, I go with the fact that you see the requirement is in the matrix. Use the regular steps to publish the scope and notice the matrix is now correctly stating the requirement as well in HTML version.

Thanks!  I will give it a try!
