I have created a contract with valuation based on Quantity. I have quantity as 10, i created a valuation for quantity 5 and certify > create supplier invoice and match. No problem.When i try to create a new valuation and enter 5 remaining qty, the valuation is created and certified value is picked for 5 quantity but when i try to Certify it says , The Net Certified value is 0, Certification is not allowed.i did check the Net Certified Value and it is 5000. ( 1000 per item rate), 

Hello, I am wondering if there is a module in IFS, or a query that can be run to show the Projected (from IPAP) values at a given time? Essentially, we are trying to group by Site the projected onhand quantities of part numbers at a given time (at the end of the month as an example). I can view this info from IPAP, but it’s only by part.ideally, I would like to be able to see this for numerous parts at the same time. I’ve looked through the help, but I’m not seeing anything on this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,Can someone advice why the running totals no longer update in Cloud when creating a customer self-billing invoice? In Apps 9 when selecting the lines the totals would you reflect the lines select, however in Cloud it is just totalling all available lines. Thanks in advance.

IFS have a customer in Sweden that claims that this new format is the only legal format to send data from IFS to the auditor.  I am not familiar with the legal requirements in Sweeden.  In Norway we use the SAF-T xml file for that purpose.  Those anyone know anything about this . In Sweden, the standard format required is called SIE, which is currently not supported in IFS. Hi folks, I have a customer requirement to bring the labour hours in to the monthly review forecast, as they evaluate the labour requirements in hours.  What is the easiest/best way to achieve this requirement ? The option I was thinking of was to use a combination of resource planning + resource forecasting functionality. Plan resources against each of the project activities and enter the planned hours.  Employees report time using these activities.  Create a resource forecast on a monthly basis that would generate the ETC hours and EAC hours. (this also shows the dollar values corresponding to the ETC hours/EAC hours) Create the monthly review forecast and in that, include the resource forecast created above. This would update EAC and ETC based on the resource hours as well. Just wondering if there is a simpler way to achieve this requirement. Thank you,Ash

New employee does not have access to workorders in time registration , and I can not find where to add the employee into maintenance. Can anyone tell me where the employee/employee number should be added , I guess in basic data somewhere. The employee is already added to a resource group which is “ticked on” for using in Maintenance, is added to site, company, etc… In timeregistration, only Project is available, and not workorders…. We are running IFS Cloud 23R2

Hello,I have a problem where my former coworker's name is automatically entered in the Coordinator field when I'm creating procurement orders, and I have to manually change it every time.I've seen multiple references to the "Sites per User" window as a place to fix this, but I can't find that in our IFS environment (IFS app 10).How can I set it up so that my own user is automatically entered as the coordinator when I perform procurement?Thank you in advance!  

Is a setting available that can include planned Purchase Requisitions as expected supply when calculating the ATP in in a customer Order Line? The MRP runs once a week and Purchase requisitions are not all followed up the first day. This results in customer order lines moved to a later date (when the availability check is set on the inventory part) as the purchase requisition dates are not considered.  

Hi, We have a requirement adding more object status for functional objects. In IFS APP 10 we have three fixed status set by IFS like “In Operation”, “Out of Operation” and “Scrapped”. IFS doesn’t have the option to add more status using administrative / regular users as like changing basic data. Please note that, now we are in process to move in IFS Cloud by next year from IFS APP10. I can understand, it’s a bit of customization required. My question is, if I requested to IFS for such change, does IFS require IFS core code modification ?  Thank you

Hello IFS Community, I have a question regarding Report Designer. I'm trying to add a custom field to the first page of a report, but it doesn't allow me to do so. Interestingly, I can add the same custom field without issues on the repeating pages. Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Is there a way to enable or work around this to display the custom field on the first page as well? Another quick question => Is there a way to hide the First Page from printing? I only want the Repeat Page to be printed.I tried right-clicking on the First Page and selecting 'Hide', but the report still prints the first page. Any guidance would be appreciated. 

I am using the Smart Data Manger concept in IFS Cloud, Navigation : Solution Manager > Data Management > Data Migration Manager > Project Basic Data  DB link is created from IFS Cloud db to fetch data from the Source (tried IFS Apps10 and from FSM Database)But in Project Basic Data - Under connected environment : Database link is listed only if the DB Link source is created from IFSMIG User (Tried both in IFS app10 and in FSM database)But IFSMIG Schema is introduced only from IFS Cloud versions, not available in Apps10 and obviously not available in FSM db, so how do we connect the legacy database of Apps10 or FSM DB?Need assistance on using Smart Data Manager for Data Migration task to fetch data from Apps10 or FSM db.Please confirm if this approach is possible using SDM  DATA Migration :IFS Cloud ← Data from IFS APPS10 or IFS Cloud ← Data from FSM DB

What is the impact of enabling the " Use Interim Cash Account when Cashing on Due Date" option?If my understanding is correct, this field is set to "YES", check remittances are posted to a temporary account; when set to "NO", they are posted directly to the cash account.However, since the posting type used is always PP28, I’m struggling to see the real operational difference.Could someone confirm if this understanding is accurate and clarify the use case for activating this option?

Hello all, We have been impacted by the US tariffs, as some of our supply chain is outside the US. I’ve been able to apply % to our Purchased Parts by using the Purchase Charge Type. This has worked well, however I am looking for an easy way to see the impact on the cost of these charges to the part. It appears the the cost of the material does not change when brought into stock with the charges applied. Is there a way in IFS (IFS Apps 10 UPD 22) to view the impact of charges like this to a part? If we’re buying something with a 25% tariff, our cost may be $100 + $25 per unit. However in IFS Cost, it will show as $100. I have looked through the help and on the forums, but have not found a way to view this impact. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Good morning,Recently our middletier where the prod environment works required a reboot because all services crashed. It is installed on ubuntu linux. Commands from the server mgmt, e.g. kubectl, reported no communication with kubernetes.Is it recommended to reboot the middletier periodically? If so, is there technical documentation for this?
