Normally, a document can't be Checked In after the status has been changed to Released. Therefore, the requirement is that, the status should not be able to be set to Released without a document being Checked In”. Can this be done from application? I know this can be done through a custom event. But I want to know whether this can be setup through document basic data or may be through document default values screen? Please advise.

Hi All,We are currently working on an integration, and with ROPC authentication, we consistently receive a refresh_token with a lifetime of 7200 seconds (2 hours). Hi!I have created saved search to hide some inactive work types. I can separately here choose this saved search but when choosing three dots from the Work type menu the whole long list with  comes up. Is there any way to put also the same saved search as default to the next pop up window? 

In custom screen we are trying to save attachments directly to FTP location via SFTP. we have IFS10 UPD 11 on premises.does IFS10 supports SFTP?  in repository we don't find any option expect ftp. whereas most the FTP location like Microsoft azure supports SFTP (Secured) only.if SFTP is possible, how we can achieve that?

Hello!We want to add a Markdown text (with a guideline to end users) in page designer, and we wish to format the text and/or the background. TechDocs has a limited description of Markdown Text with regards to formatting, but in the example from page Balance Transfer Log, the markdown has yellow background: However, when I am using page designer to add markdown text, I dont have any other options than to alter the text itself - no formatting options.Are there any possibilites for formatting the text and/or background - and if so - how?Best regards,Henning

Is there a way to track a user acknowledging review of a new document revision?  We store our procedures in Doc Management.  When we revise a procedure, we need a method to track that users have been given the new procedure and have read it.We are in Apps 10 UPD9.

Hi, Does anyone know if it’s possible in IFS10 to import and Finvoice xml file with posting information to IFS. I have tested by adding these additional tags to the invoice file but IFS seems to be ignoring those. I get the invoice in but the posting iformation I included in the file is not to be found in IFS , expect to find it in external supplier Invoice Posting Information  

Hi, When a new record is created on the Document Revision screen, I want IFSAPP to automatically be the responsible person of the uploaded document for a certain document class. I tried to do this as an event but it doesn't seem possible. How can I do this?

Hi Team,I have created a customer order with a line for inventory part. Then I created a Project from customer order and created a activity in the project and released it too.Then connected the activity to customer order line and ran PMRP. This creates a Project supply request and when I receive the PO, I do have a part to reserve to customer order line. Here there is no option to issue the part to Project. What is the reason for this ? Is this beacuse it was directly created without Project demand ? Now, If I create a Project demand for same part, create PR and then PO from that demand and receive the stock to business, It get reserve to Project demand line and I could issue it. Yet this part will not be available to resevrve to customer order line. what is the reason for this ? is there a reason to make this avilable for Customer order line reservation ?

We have an issue with currency rounding in Sales (see snips below). I’m sure we all agree that 0.72 x 4 = 2.88, not 2.89.So I’ve looked at decimal places to understand the rounding behaviour.Lo and behold there’s the extra value and I agree with IFS that 0.7221 x 4 = 2.8884 and that it’s fair to round it to 2.89.However, we don’t/can’t work with 4 decimal places for customer-facing data.It seems that IFS is rounding down on unit price and up on line price.How can we make IFS down on both?Thanks for reading. Output DocumentIFS @ 2 decimal places IFS @ 4 decimal places 

 Hi all,My company is using IFS Apps 9It’s my first year end close and we managed to follow all previous steps until “Final year end GL”I chose the first option to “create year end vouchers” and it had pop up boxes saying voucher created and to update the voucher to GL. I tried looking for the voucher in the “update GL vouchers” but I couldn’t find any voucher in 2024 or 2025. Under the accounting period screen, I have the year status as closed but closing balance as “preliminary”. I can’t even reopen the accounting year as well.  I hope I didn’t break the system somehow. Can anyone advise:How do I update the year end voucher to GL? (if it’s not via the normal method to update) If it’s not possible to update voucher, is there any way to rollback the close? I can’t RMB to reopen the accounting year

Has anyone experienced an issue where a user adds a shortcut to their navigator, save their profile and then upon their next login it disappears? I also have had users report that they’ll add a column to a table view of a screen, save their profile and that also disappears upon their next login. 

Hi,I use Work List page when I create Maintenance Plan on the PM Action page. When I create a work order in the maintenance plan, the rows I create in the Work List are reflected as a job task in the work order. But the work list in the work task of the work order I created for the previous maintenance plan is reflected in the work task of the work order of the subsequent maintenance plans. I want to delete the rows from the work list, but it does not allow me to delete these job lists because they are used in the work order. How can I follow a way?  

In Apps 9, the Route ID and Forwarder ID fields are available on the shipment lines window, in addition to the general tab of the shipment window.  But this is not available in Cloud. It is only available in the general tab of shipment, but not on the shipment lines. Any specific reason for this? 

Hi IFS Community!I’ve been tasked with hunting down why a Scheduled Database Task for process Mrp_Process_API.Schedule_Mrp_Process__ keeps ending with a status of ‘Error’. The Error Text field has a notice “This background job was set to state Error because the executing Oracle process was killed. ( Detected by cleanup process at 2025-01-08-23.49.11 )”. I’ve checked out a few other Community posts noting that the Light Cleanup process may be responsible, but the Light Cleanup job was posted / started executing 2 seconds after the time reported in the MRP background job. The last bit of output in the background job is:“Site X MS Calculation for MS parts that have received exploded demand started at 20250108 21:36:24”I’ve checked out the Oracle Alert log and other background jobs executing around the same time that the process was killed, but the only thing that I see being suspicious is this entry in the Oracle Alert log:2025-01-08T23:54:59.981027-06:00NET  (PID:13564): Possible network

I have a lobby element that will filter out Shop Order Operations by selecting rows where the Need Date is between the two parameters WeekStart and WeekEnd. I used to be able to click into the element and get brought to Shop Order Operations with the datasource conditions, but since adding everything past “List” it errors out. I’ve tried a variety of solutions and nothing seems to be working, what am I missing?
