Dear Community, Apart my own doubts, I promised I’d find out.We would have very niche case, where single Work Order / Customer Order (with inventory parts too) would be needed to be shared between multiple (2 or more) customers. Like repair of shared assets.According to the users on Apps9 it was possible to do via Staged Billing, by sharing order to multiple line, invoicing first, and then changing the “invoice Customer” on actual customer order. Currently cloud (23R2) does not allow you to change invoicing customer on customer order when something has been invoiced. Found out doing it other way around by removing invoice customer works, but this seems to be unintended functionality. Is there other proper way to do this, instead of making multiple customer orders and using non-inventory part lines?If I recall correctly, something similar could be done on Sales Contract, but we do not have that module currently. -Toni

depreciation proposal does not capture one object.I check for the basic data and all look fine and similar to other objects and this  particular object doesn't get included in dep. proposal. and has not depreciated from the activation in 2021.the asset is in active status.        

Hello,We currently have an issue where our IFS MWO Service app users are not returning their tasks from their mobile, they keep them in their Completed tasks tile which is storing 10-100+ tasks on their app.Is there a way to pull these tasks from their device as it’s causing issues with being able to close off the request/task?Thanks!

Hi Experts,There are many Completed work assignements in MWO, that engineers are not attending so we need to force close it. In this post it say the function will be implemented in 24R1. Could someone help me to find the exact location of doing this? I could not find it anywhere. Thank youKM

As per the Supported platforms documentation, the development tool set appears to have split compatibility.Developer Studio is only compatible with Windows 11 and the rest of the tool set is only compatible with Windows 10. I'm hoping to get some insights from the community here. We're encountering random delays between the time a work order is assigned and when it's actually received on the service engineer's mobile app. These delays are inconsistent and can vary quite a bit.We've already tried several recommended troubleshooting steps, including:Increasing server resources Reconfiguring settings with higher max pool sizesUnfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue so far.We know that downloads only happen when the device is connected to data and powered on, and I can confirm that all these conditions are met—yet the delays persist.Has anyone else experienced something similar with Apps 10 UPD17? Hi Team,We are facing an issue in the FSM application. In the Escalation tab under the Task screen, the 'Minutes Open' field is supposed to update and reflect the total ON HOLD duration once the escalation is completed.However, for some tasks, this value is not updating.To identify the cause of this issue, we checked the business rules and found one rule where the 'Minutes Open' value is being updated. When we executed the script through XML Poster, we identified a configuration issue at the database table level. In IFS Cloud, when you create a child work order from a parent, the child is created with the customer no field blank. I assumed the child would inherit the parent’s connected customer. Is this how it’s supposed to work or is this a bug?

On Sales Quotation Line, I created a custom reference field called Product Structure that will display the Product Structure Revision No and Alternate No. The user is required to choose the correct Product Structure for the shop order as a means of communication to the order processing team.Right now, the LOV shows all product structures for all parts and the user has to manually filter the list based on the sales part. I want the LOV to default the Part_No filter to the Sales Part (CatalonNo) chosen on the OrderQuotationLine. I cannot find a good walkthrough online. Can anyone assist? 

hi,In version 10 we have this option here called ‘IFS interface browser”:  when I open it I’m able to see example files for companies who works EDI for example, receiving customer schedules etc. I dont see this option in CLoud, even the last one, 25R1:​​​​how do I access this interface browser in CLoud? thanks,

Hi Experts,I have a question relating to Lobbies and Permissions.When we initially connects a lobby to a permission set, it automatically adds the relevant elements in it. However, if we add new elements to the lobby after granting the permissions, the new ones won’t be added the permission set automatically. Therefore, users would get errors if they try to access them. To fix this we have 2 optionsAdd the new elements to the permissions set manually Remove the lobby from the permission set and add again. Both the options seem to be time consuming. Hello!I am struggling with absences in “Resource Monitoring Gantt”. Whereas a planned absence in any status in not visible - which is reasonable for me - absence request is not visible neither in “Approved” status nor in any other status. How is a manager supposed to plan with incomplete data? Or do I something wrong? Otherwise absence request approved by supervisor is in my point of view serious enough to be part of Resource Monitoring Gantt.How do you see this issue? Thank you in advance, best regardsb.d

Hi all,after plenty of reading and no direct solution I need to ask.How can I write Plan Travel fields (Customer requires Plan Travel Start and Plan Travel End) to IFS Cloud on to the Scheduling Allocation page.Idea was to setup a workflow and fetch those fields, but there is no proper connection handling to PSO in place in Cloud 25R1.Question, is there any documentation available to get PSO authorizied to Cloud? Only found an example to Okta. Found nothing for IFS_scheduling IAM though and haven’t seen ny further solution than User/Password here.Tested in Postman and everything works well here. Only issue there is no straight forward connection to PSO available in Cloud workflows. Topic PSO to IFS Cloud miles  isn’t the desired solution as it is only meant for lobbies.  Any idea how to handle custom queries to PSO easier? ThanksMarco

Can the modeling part of the standard report be customized? How?

Hi, When defining the storage capacity requirement group, there is an assistant for defining the quantity per location based on the location volume.The calculation here is then recorded into the ‘Qty Per Volume’ field in the main page.However, when fetching these values into the table, there seems to be another calculation happening from the framework side. When examining the query, value is being divided by 1 and fetched to the table,Any insight into why this is happening from both a functional and technical standpoint would be much appreciated. Thanks, and regards,Randev

We recently found out the External File Assistant has been (or is about to be) deprecated in IFS Cloud.  Is there any information on a replacement for this functionality?  Will that replacement be an additional cost?
