When some of our users try to load data from APB they are receiving an <HTML> error. Does anyone know what could be causing this? The are trying to load ~800 shop orders. We are using IFS Cloud 24R1.

Any progress on this? The same issue is on IFS Cloud 25R1.
Unfortunattelly, this is a big issue disabling the stable usage of this scheduling tool.

IFS support wasn’t able to provide much resolution on this issue, but we were able to identify the root cause of at least part of the problem. The access token lifespan for APB was expiring before the shop order data could finish loading, which triggered the <html>
error message. Adjusting the access token lifespan to 55 minutes has largely resolved that error (though users may still encounter it if they remain in APB for more than three hours).
That said, APB continues to randomly crash or close without displaying an error message, so the instability is still impacting our users.

Hi all,
here is it, the default value is set to 3 minutes, it can by extended to 1 hour at maximum. Must be changed under IFSAPP, otherwise command Edit Sessions and Tokens not visible.
At this moment we are in status of testing, we will see whether it will help and let us work in APB 1 hour at least.
