Many customers are using Supplier Agreements with Blanket Orders in IFS to support long‑term, pre‑approved contracts and enable efficient call‑off purchasing via agreement releases. How to execute a IAL view/ quick report and export its out put to file location?I know we have two migration tools in IFS cloud 24 R2. Data Migration and DMM. I see the options to do that using Data Migration but I don’t have access to it. Not sure if it has to do with licensing. However, I have access to DMM. How to achieve this task using DMM? I used DMM for importing CSV files and move the data from source to target tables. Any thoughts on this would be helpul.

Hi everyone,is it possible to update a value in the B2B portal? I was looking at the B2B APIs and there is the PATCH method and it works fine (it updated the value in the B2B Portal and so the same was applied in the IFS Cloud).Eventhough I can tick the option editable in the Page Designer I can’t update the value? is always like read only. Thank you,Eleazar

It's identified that user encountered an error when uploading external supplier invoices: "The amounts in Original Net Amount and Net Amount fields do not match for ZZ 1733/8127/2026 invoice. Select the Disregard Net Amount Differences check box if you want to continue. Otherwise, change the net amount for the invoice lines before you continue." Trying to add custom field for Price/Curr from the Purchase Order Line to Register Arrivals screen, but these are not available: 

HiWe would like to provide Customer Invoice .pdf’s to an external Customer facing application using standard IFS API’s. I would view the invoice .pdf in Aurena via report archive using a result key. Has anybody successfully integrated a similar solution?We are using Apps10 UPD15. We don’t have Boomi. Here is what we have found so far:Using the log window we have found the Report Archive projection and enabled compatibility. We have then viewed an invoice .pdf and can see it makes an API call and gets an ID related to the Result Key. From there it seems to construct a URL and opens the .pdf in a new browser tab. Hi everyone,We have a question regarding the handling of returns and rework:In our current process, we match the supplier invoice against a receipt immediately after Register Arrival (while the part is still in inspection). However, if that part is later sent back for Rework—either directly from inspection or from stock—the system generates a new, open receipt upon its return.The Issue: The original receipt ends up "over-matched," while the new receipt remains open, causing our GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) account to drift. Currently, we have to fix this manually with manual voucher, which is very time-consuming.My Question: Is there a standard way to handle these rework cycles without manual accounting workarounds? How do you manage returns so they stay linked to the original matched invoice?Thanks in advance for your insights! 

Hi everyone,After upgrading from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud, we are facing an issue with Location Category on existing (migrated) locations.In Apps 10, there was no Location Category field. After the upgrade, all existing locations are now available in IFS Cloud, but this field is empty for those records.As shown in Figure 1, the Location Category is blank for existing locations, and we are unable to update it — not via the UI and also not through any backend method.Figure 1At the same time, when creating a new location (see Figure 2), the Location Category field is mandatory.

We are experiencing a situation in IFS Apps 10 where multiple purchase requisition lines are being generated for the same part and supplier, rather than being grouped as expected.In one example, we have four requisition lines that all share the same Wanted Delivery Date (12/11/2025) but have three different Wanted Receipt Dates. Our base expectation is that lines 1 and 2 (same dates) should be summarized into one requisition of quantity 40. Since the Wanted Delivery Date is what prints on the PO, we would ideally expect all four lines to be summarized into a single requisition of 80, in line with the Supply Chain Matrix logic.Previously, these parts were set up with Planning Method G and Order Cover Time = 7, but that configuration created too much demand and led to overstocking. Good afternoon, Is there any brief summary of the setup needed to have the <Attachment> tag populated in Italian E-invoice so that the .pdf copy is attached to it? In IFS Cloud, we can easily define this in the E-invoice Processing Type if we toggle ON the option Include Invoice Image, however, in Apps10 there is no such menu and the invoices do not contain anything in the <Attachment></Attachment> section. So, does anybody know which are the mandatory settings required in order to have the .pdf copy attached? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I am loading an external voucher with currency amounts and let IFS to calculate accounting currency values using currency exchange rates. When amounts are converted there is a 0.01 difference in accounting currency error: ‘ORA-20110: ExtCheck.VOU_NOT_BAL: Voucher  is not balanced in accounting currency’. This error can be fixed with the setting ‘voucher difference - Allowed’ and defining AP9 posting control.  AP9 But when creating voucher, system is asking for parallel currency balance account ‘ORA-20110: VoucherRow.VOUROWTHIRDDEBITAMTE

Hi,We’re stumbling upon an issue where the benefit we see in using Handling Units is not in reach.The use case is that we manufacture many small parts on different Shop Orders, these parts are engineered-to-order and therefore manufactured via DOP and automatically Pegged to the Top Level in the DOP Header. This results in automatically Reserved Qty as of Shop Order Receipt of these small parts.The issue we’re facing is that these parts can be up towards 100 different part numbers which we then want to attach to a Handling Unit for efficient inventory movement, but this is not possible without unreserving these parts.Neither is it possible to connect the same Handling Unit to multiple different Shop Orders, to receive them onto the connected Handling Unit.Any proposals on how to solve this issue, preferably with core functionality or configurations are highly appreciated.Thanks,Alexander

Hello. We set up a new company by duplicating an existing company.  The new company has accounting years from 2003 to 2026. We booked a journal entry in 2025. No activity occurred before 2025.  Preliminary year end and Clear Revenue/Cost Balance were performed for 2025. But when we try to perform Final Year End below, we get an error.   It seems like it wants year end process to be performed for the previous year but there was no activity or balances booked before 2025 so there is nothing to process for year end.  I would appreciate if someone could advice on how to resolve this.

Sales Contract requires Customer Delivery Delivery address for Tax defintion - suggest  support  for countries/Tax beyond  India Localization.Customers in ECI using Sales Contracts and Project Invoicing have a need to define the Taxing delivery address by contract. This is being reviewed as a CRIM by a customer in the US. On review with Global presales and looking at the roadmap I noticed this function fundamentally exists for India Tax Localization. Several of us have reviewed this along side the CRIM specification - included Project R&S and they are very similar. The requirement is not limited to Sales Contracts Tax reqs in India  but applicable to Sales Tax , GST and VAT tax based regimes and countries.The concentp means applying an address details tab on the contract that calls deleivery address and tax rules from customer master - so we can define the taxing rule on that contract for that addre

Hi,We have technicians that may assist in different locations and use stock from those locations.In FSM we have set up processes to use dates on the Person Place table to show when they are in a different location.The example below shows his standard place would be TN, but on the dates shown he is working from G and using their stock.FSM drives this, and we thought that FSM Mobile would then update if the technician was to perform an INIT on the morning they goes to a different place.What we have noticed is that on INIT, the Sync Rule obtains the correct data, but that’s pretty irrelevant as it appears the process for stock usage is taken from:var location = getUserInfo('StockFromLocation');var place = getUserInfo('StockFromPlace');

Hi Community,I have a requirement from a client where they purchase parts (these parts are not assets) for a project. When the parts are received, they need to be issued for work, and after the work is completed, the same parts will be returned back to stock.However, the challenge is that we need to issue the inventory that was purchased for the project, because the cost must be moved from the Inventory account to the P&L account to support project revenue recognition.Could you please share your experience if you have come across a similar requirement, and whether there is any possible way to handle this scenario within IFS?One possible option I considered is using a Work Order, where materials can be issued and later returned. However, this approach does not work for our case.Also, I cannot simply issue and unissue the material against the project demand, because the cost of the purchase needs to be moved from Inventory to P&L for revenue
