This stage is in progress for two days. 

I have an environment marked for deletion and it has been in this state for nearly a day now. I know that these jobs can take a while, but this is not consistent with the other deletion jobs we have ran. Is there any way to know if this job is in an error state or anything like that? I didn’t see a error zip file in the logs, but I assume I won’t see anything like that until the job finishes either. If this is not an error, what would cause the job to hang like this?  

When an export license is created, by default on the Access Rights tab a record is created as shown below. I do not understand why this record is created to give what looks like all users access. Is there a way to control this to prevent this record from being created. We want to just use access groups. 

We have a tank that holds 200,000 lbs of oil and each truckload of oil we receive as a purchase part is approximately 75,000 lbs.  We would like to lot track the oil and have every truck load received have a lot applied.If we were to receive 75,000 lbs of LOT A into the 200,000 lb tank and some of that oil is consumed, then 75,000 lbs of LOT B is received into the same 200,000 lb tank, we would like to have one lot in the tank called LOT B (or other name) but if we were to look in IFS where LOT A was used every product that had some LOT B (or other name) in it would show in the list of where LOT A was used.Our main question is, does IFS Cloud (24R1 or beyond) have the ability to combine lots and maintain lot traceability? If so, how do we set this up?We would also want to stop the user from receiving a 4th lot into the tank until the tank is emptied.  So, in the above example they would be able to receive LOT C into the tank but when they try to receive LOT D it would fail and let them

In developer studio when we have used @DynamicComponentDependency XXX in a .projection or .client file, from where does it finds out that the given component is installed or not.In .plsvc and .plsql files, when you have @DynamicComponentDependency XXX it adds the condition $IF Component_XXX_SYS.INSTALLED $THEN to the code.But how does this work for .client and .projection file? Does the Developer Studio looks at somewhere like solutionSet.yaml and decide whether to add that code during the Code Generation step? Or does it look up somewhere else?

Hi , from 23R1 ,IFS supports to call  Workflow from a Custom Command.  While, as I tested ,after the workflow executed (eg, changed some value of the Page)the web page doesn’t get refreshed.User have to manually click the “refresh” button to get new value shown. Is there any way to make web page auto freshed? ※I added a “Force Complete” Custom Command to a execute workflow    after executed , data is changed , but page not refreshed.  

Hi Community,Appreciate some assistance or your experience in this regard. We are experiencing the below error when attempting to view or download a document file.Error: Something went wrong when downloading or saving the file using Aurena Agent. Error Message: File is being scanned and cannot be downloaded at this time. Try Again Later.We transferred the documents from the DB to the File Share Repository.Transfer has successfully completed. I am able to view/download some of the doc rev files. But some files give the above error message. If I try it again for some doc revs it is possible to view / download but for some other doc revs the file cannot be downloaded or viewed at all.Anyone had a similar experience and fixed it?Is Aurena Agent Mandatory to view / download if the repository is File Storage? If I attempt to copy file to Local folder system says Aurena Agent is required. NOTE:I connected IFSAPP user to a person record before I performed the transfer from DB to File Storage R

Hi All, looking at deploying IFS Cloud Use Place in remote deployment.  The sizing guide shows minimum cpu/mem for the given user numbers. for example if we go with 3000 users the min spec shown is 32 core/160GB RAM.  When deploying HA for the MT nodes, does this mean I need 3 x 32 core/160GB, or just that min spec should be met across the available nodes like 4 x 12core/64GB and if one node goes down the min is still met.Thanks

Hi all, our Customer is planning to have a 3 Node IFS Cloud Middle Tier Cluster and has asked for the Sizing of the three nodes. The available sizing for the Remote Deployment is based on a single Node Installation, and seems a bit high, when having 3 Nodes. The Customer has round about 300 concurrent Users. Do you have any Sizing, and also a recommendation how to scale the IFS Cloud Pods along the Cluster? Thank you in advance. Best RegardsMarion

I tried submitting a case with IFS on this but was advised to try here first. Please advise if anyone is able to help with what we are experiencing below. We are hosting ourselves on-prem and recently upgraded from IFS 9 to 24R1. TL;DRThe <server> cluster is in HA mode but it is not using the typical robust cluster state database software that we would expect in a production ready environment (using Etcd). In addition to that, each node refers to itself for the Kubernetes API instead of a load balanced IP address in the event a node goes down. This is symptomatic of a non-production/non-enterprise setup. Microk8s is best suited for small, single node implementations and/or local development. It does have addon features to provide HA and other production style features, however, those features are not very robust. This is how IFS chose to package their product, and they don’t appear to offer any other on-prem options. So, we appear to be stuck with it as is. As a reference for the

Sometimes to much and we would like to send it back with the finished goods over a supplier return shipment connected to the normal customer shipment.Is this process working or do we have to create 2 different shipments for one delivery?

And customer planning to manage two environments in those Two PDB’s in single serverBut according to following documentation its say’s it is possible to have several PDB’s configured and started in one CDB. But at this point IFS R&D only support one PDB per CDBQuestion: In above situation any recommendations to follow? And Cons of above architecture.Reason why IFS not recommending multiple PDBS in single CDB ?

Hi all, We’re currently using IFS (IFS Cloud 22R1) and have come across an issue regarding customer order charges.When a customer order includes a freight charge without connecting to any order line and the customer has already reached their credit limit, the order gets credit blocked — as expected. However, the system still processes and invoices the charge line separately, even though the order is not delivered.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a way to stop IFS from invoicing order charges separately in such cases, or is this a known system limitation?Appreciate any insights or suggested workarounds! Best regards,Harsha

Hi,There is a connection between IFSAPP and SFTP server. This connection is to send files from IFS to SFTP location. When I am sending files from ifs to sftp location, I am getting an error HOST KEY sftp02.abergeldie.com is rejected. IP address of IFSAPP middleware server is already added to the permitted access addresses for the host. Host keys on this server are not changed. How can I fix this?What can be the reasons for this? 

When working with a detached spare part list that has a multilevel hierarchy, we observed the following behavior: The Level 1 part in the detached spare part list has two connected child parts (Level 2). When retrieving the detached spare part list from the Maintenance Material Requisition (MMR), it is not possible to directly navigate or view the Level 2 parts from the hierarchy. To access Level 2 parts, we need to manually add the corresponding Level 1 part in the MMR, then re-query and add spare parts from the detached spare part list. Only then do the Level 2 parts appear. This process results in multiple iterations when dealing with hierarchical spare part structures. Additionally, once the Level 2 parts are retrieved, the previous level label does not provide contextual information about the parent part. We’re trying to understand whether this is: A system limitation by design in handling multilevel hierarchies within detached spare part lists; or A potential enhancement

We are trying to book a mixed payment whereby the expense is booked to an account in another company, below.   However when we try to create the voucher, we get this error:  I would appreciate it if someone could advise on what could be causing this and how to resolve. Can Someone explain the functionality of this tab, Is there any functionality to avoid bulk reservation? 

In the SAF-T file generated report, the GL balance account data is missing in the balance account ID tag. What setup might be missing in IFS, to get it in the report? I have attached the screenshot of the generated report and the example of the report how it should be, for reference. 

Dear expertswe have a purchase order line which does not want to get cancelled due to this error: We were able to cancel the customer order line. The Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis looks like this:Supply Code is Int Purch Dir but we never created an internal customer order because the incoming customer order got stuck so we got rid of it and no we try to clean up the rest.We also tried to resend the PO W167133 towards the internal supplying site but since this was already created for another line from the same CO and already shipped out, IFS wouldn’t let us convert the incoming CO.
