Report Archive - access to reports ordered by other users

We have people all over the place creating and sending/printing customer invoices. The extremely slim Accounting department needs to handle all the Accounts Payable day-to-day work and all customer invoice related issues. But the Report Archive only support querying invoices ordered by the users themselves. Invoices ordered by other users cannot be retrieved from the Report Archive.I expect there are several ways to come around this issue. Which would be the simplest and smartest ways? Please advice.

upon activation of a relocation the field "Relocation start" should become Read-only

Hello,We are working on a web application called Web Client Dispatcher, where we manage resource relocation. In this process, we select a district, followed by the relocation start date and end date, and then save the record. For example, if we set the relocation start date as 23/10/2024, the current time is automatically recorded, and we can select any end date before saving the record. At the specified relocation time, the relocation starts, and the relocation flag is triggered in our database, setting the relocation status to "Y". However, the relocation start date in the web client remains editable. We want the start date to become non-editable once the relocation is triggered and the status is set to "Y". We have implemented this, but we are not seeing the expected output. Please review this issue and let us know if you have any insights. Thank you.

PGP Encryption for SFTP - Decryption Issues on the Receivers End

Hello Everyone, We are working on an integration between IFS and our customers bank to send Payment Files from IFS to the bank to carry out supplier payments. The bank requested PGP encryption for file encryption, and this was handled through a java transformer custom built by our technical team member. This worked successfully where bank was able to decrypt files sent through IFS. We implemented a file naming convention to ensure the required name is captured on the outgoing file and the received file by the bank. Now the bank is informing us that the file sent cannot be decrypted due to an error message they receive while attempting to decrypt the file (error text was not shared at the time of writing this). The feedback received from the bank is that the file naming convention is causing the error. Has anyone faced a similar issue while decrypting from the banks end? Substitute Schedule for employee

Hello.In this case, the employee works alternating morning and evening shifts, so first week morning and second week evening ect. The employee's schedule is defined in the "Employee Schedule and Rules" section, which specifies which shift the schedule starts from. For this employee, it is specified that the schedule starts from the morning week shift. When I try to create Substitute Schedule for him where a holiday sets on an evening week shift, the system sets a morning shift for the holiday, because it selects the shift from the "Employee Schedules and Rules" page at the Shift section, even though I defined in the substitute schedule that it should be an evening shift.Basically, it doesn't matter what is defined in the substitute schedule's Shift section, because the system determines the shift for the day based on the Shift section in the Employee Schedules and Rules. I hope I was able to explain the problem clearly, and that someone might be able to help with this issue.

We are currently working with IFS Cloud (23R2) and have a requirement to add an additional column to the ‘Print Pick Lists’ window by creating a new custom attribute. However, we have encountered an issue: we are unable to locate the entity ‘PrintPickList’ or the corresponding LU in the ‘Entity Configuration’ window. Additionally, we attempted to create a new entity named ‘PrintPickList’ in the ‘Entity Configuration’ window, but encountered an error during this process. Could you please clarify if it is possible to add custom fields to the ‘Print Pick Lists’ window? Problems Enabling Navigation from IFS to GIS Map

Hi All, I am trying to setup the "Enable Navigation from IFS to GIS Map" for Functional Objects but am having little joy. I have setup the button to the best of my abilities as per this document About GIS Map (ifs.com) However the instructions are not correct for NavigateFilter. I have used the tool to add the filter "LuName eq 'EquipmentFunctional', KeyRef eq $[KeyRef]" but when I click on the View Map button it opens the map but does not select or zoom to the asset. Employee Clockings Screen & Company Access

Greetings Community,IFS 10 UDP16 - IEEWe just stood-up a “stand alone company” (users have no cross-company access). They use Time Clock, as do most other companies in the larger collection of companies. What we noticed with users in the stand alone company; there wasn’t the expected company data filtering in the “Employee Clockings” screen. Users in the stand alone company had access to ALL companies’ clockings data. Does anybody else see this behavior? in “Non Conformance Report” you can connect objects, one of them being shop order operations. for some reason the connected object description will not populate for the shop order operation. it does for the shop order though. Bypass crash logging in Java Print Agent

We have Java-based Print Agents on IFS Applications 9 UPD 13. When they crash, like during a Windows update, they produce files like $ROOT\agents\$ID\crash_logs\crashlog_0.csv.Is there a setting I can change somewhere to stop this from happening? End users resubmit their jobs that don't come out right away, so if a job dies, I want it to stay dead.As a workaround, we could remove the crashlog_0.csv file with a startup script, but it would be nice to avoid unnecessary complexity in our total solution.

ORA-06502 NULL index table key value erro

Just took delivery of 24R1SU4 in one of our lower environments. During testing and updating configurations, I found that this page is unable to load or be opened in Page Designer:ResourcesDetailHandling Path: Application Base Setup → Enterprise → Resource → Resource DetailsResource Crew is also affected. Attempting to view the API documentation in the API Doc View also results in error. The page/API function normally in our other environments (23R2SU10). Have any of you seen this before? New Custom Package Procedure not available in New Database Task

Hello!We are working on IFS Cloud 23R3SU6 and SU9 - different environments - I have a custom PL/SQL Package - A non-IFS package created in PL/SQL Developer and deployed directly in the Oracle database - Comp_Util_API is a utility package. The package has the constant for the module, lu, lu type defined. The Package appears in the Method LOV of the “New Database Task” and it appears under the right Component. with all different functions and procedures. I recently needed a new procedure for a new DB Task. developed the procedure as usual and tested it to be working fine. I refreshed all server Caches - multiple times - and logged out and back in - multiple times - but the new developed procedure doesn’t appear in the method.
