Restricted access to Supplier invoices

Hi 

How can access be restricted so that users only see Suplier invoices permitted by the Authority Class rule? Or is there another place where access can be restricted so that not all Supplier invoices are available to all users?

    That is not possible. Most supplier invoice related screens are not restricted in anyway.

    There are some which show you only the invoice a user was involved in approving (or being a superior) through Posting Proposals and Supplier Invoice workflow.

    • Invoices to Authorize
    • Authorized Invoices

    After final invoice posting:

    • Finally Posted Supplier Invoices Analysis

    Simply speaking business users should be granted access only to the screens above. All the other screens should be accessible by Finance only if wide access is a concern.
