Hello again,I’m trying to create a Persistent Custom Field (Boolean) in Preliminary Supplier Invoice screen to identify some feature for a newly created invoice. Hi Community,Is there a way to convert a multi-company project transaction into a regular project transaction? If so, what steps are required to achieve this? Any guidance would be appreciated!We’ve created a correction transaction and changed the activity to a non-MCPR linked activity but it results in the following error.The error message seems to suggest that there is another view where the transaction can be converted from MCPR transaction to a regular project transaction.Our version is IFS Cloud SU 24.1.3.

While I won't delve into the specifics of each code string, I can confirm that they are all essential for our business requirements (details can be provided if needed).We are concerned that this extensive use of code strings might pose challenges as we migrate to IFS Cloud. Hi1) Is it possible to expose endpoints from Grafana and Kibana to external tools? currently the endpoint https://ifs.xxxxxxx.eu/grafana/datasources is used but only metrics for Memory are visible (CPU and filesystem are unavailable)2) Is there a way to quickly export and import dashboards from kibana and grafana to a file/files? The thing is that when updating certificates (at least once a year) it is necessary to reinstall Cluster Kubernetes and we have to install the namespace ifs-monitoring again together with the dashboards.Product Version: 24.1.5regardsDaniel

How issue project stock in bulk?

Hi all, We have recently implemented IFS Cloud. As an organisation we have centralised follow-me printing, so a single print queue with multiple multi-function printers which you release your job on your printer of choice. If you Preview your document, you can print to directly to the print q as yourself.If I send the print job via the Print Agent, it sends the job to the print Q from the cental Print Agent as Administrator, so gets lost as a none-user job on the print server. It has been suggested that I have the Print Agent installed on every device, which isn’t really a viable option. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience of this Follow-Me style printing and Print Agent? TIA

Integration to EskerI have a customer that uses Esker for its decentralized purchasing where many people can create a requisition and the customer has put several approval rules within Esker.Esker's website says they have integrated with IFS before but I never heard of it before. In reviewing the technical documentation for IFSCloud 22R1 for Avalara integration, the Basic Data Setup notes that "the company id you are using in IFS also needs to be registered in Avalara Sales Tax Software".  Can you please clarify where this company id resides in IFS Cloud?  Is it the value highlighted in the screenshot attached?  We have an existing Avalara account which we are trying to migrate into...and we have an existing company ID in our IFS Cloud setup.  They do not agree...I am hoping that there is somewhere ELSE that we can define our company ID.

Hi, a bit of background on our operations: We are a machine shop that carry out repair of various products that are not manufactured by us (eg. pumps, valves gear boxes etc). For a specific part depending on the type of repair required, we have created standard product structures and routings. (for eg. for a specific part, I have four standard repair procedures for which pricing varies depending on which repair procedure is required, i can use product structure and routing to define these four repair procedures). We currently use a modified shop order to carry out repair activity using the Shop Order module which allows us to schedule and plan our work centers. Hence, I am looking for a solution where the sales team can select the part with its specific condition code, i can define the pricing using different condition codes. Hello Everyone,Is anyone able to help me with the “Movements” section, on the Item form.My colleagues prefer to update the Item form and its fields rather than create a “New Movement Record” because it’s more efficient for them to update a record. However, this is not capturing the data we need for QA and audit purposes. For example, If two colleagues update the same Item record on the same day. We can only identify the last modified By and date.How can I make the “create a New Movement” history/feature more efficient, to encourage colleagues to use this instead?Is it possible to change the collum we want to view within the Movements section? Does anyone know if there is a way to block or prevent certain code part combinations?  For example, we have a department that we use strictly for balance sheet transactions and that should never be used with certain general ledger accounts.  IFS currently allows us to post transactions to any combination of our code parts and we would like to set something up to prevent errors.  We did think of using automatic GL posting rules, but there are so many combinations that could be used I don’t think that would be feasible unless there is a way to group something.  Let me know if anyone has any suggestions!

Hello,I was wondering if it is possible to use the acceptance sampling for not lot tracked parts, where the methodology would calculate then every time based on the lot size of the shop order.I have tested it, and it is possible - acceptance sampling calculates the sample size, however I am not sure what other consequences it might have? Thank you very much in advance for your help in this one.

Hello, I would like to double check how the customers should be correctly set up in the delivery tax information screen when the customer sits in a EU country and we are shipping and invoicing goods to them according to the VAT — Directive 2006/112/EC — Article 138(1). Should the tax liability EXEMPT or TAX and where should be the correct tax code be set in taxes or in tax free codes?  Thanks, Philipp
