PSO Get Appointment Error

Hi All,

When requesting for slots getting the response as below:

Any idea on this.

Seems to be an issue with your SBM service. Try to restart it and check again.

Getting error

ExecutionException from Sender thread 
Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data

Any idea?

@Cajeth this could be related to an issue with the data that you are sending to PSO. This can e.g. happen when certain attributes are having NULL values. Did you check the PSO Events after triggering the Appointment booking in IFS Apps/Cloud? There could be an error message logged with additional details about the faulty data field (search for events from generated from ABE service).

Also note that this may be due to an issue with the PSO build you are running e.g. there was a bug in 6.13.0.28 which was fixed in 6.13.0.72.

Is it possible to make the response more descriptive to understand the issue?

As said, the more detailed error should be visible in the PSO Events. Did you had a look?

Hi ​@roklde , This is about the same error message and I’m a colleague of ​@Cajeth. we get this error message intermittently. I can’t find any error logs for the same time frame.

Can we make sure that this request reached the server? Is there any other logs in the physical server that we can check? but as I said the problem is intermittent and 98% scenarios we get our job done.

Hi ​@infazGogh., I see that the maximum number of events is set to 1000. Could you please try to add a couple of zeros? I think 100.000 is the max. value possible. Also set the filter to only show warnings and errors. Further, check the PSO Archiv Workspace if you can find a audit trail after you send the message from IFS Cloud.
