Hello everyone,We are considering internally to have a free text field as documentation on the ticket in AssystWeb, which must be filled in before the ticket is completed.Is it possible to create such a mandatory field that does not interfere with the workflow or actions on the ticket except for the Done action? Kind Regards!Jeremias

Hi everyone,I am using assystNET and would like to insert a page break between each web custom group of a service form to make each one in a single window and when the user fill it there will be ‘next page’ button on the end to take them to the next web custom group. My goal my is that I don’t want a long form where the end user has to scroll down to fill it. Thanks 

Our organization is upgrading from assyst 11.2.3 to assyst 11.7.2. In our current version, optional fields in the service catalog have an (Optional) tag below the field’s name. However, it looks like that tag has disappeared in 11.7.2.Is there a way for that tag to be shown in 11.7.2 automatically? Going through every field of every form to give them a new prefix or suffix is very inconvenient. For reference: In 11.2.3: In 11.7.2:Thanks.

Has anyone done any configuration on generating affected user surveys where you can limit the number of surveys a user can receive if they’ve already received one within x amount of days? We don’t want to bombard our higher volume users with multiple surveys if they’ve already completed one in recent days etc.Nothing we can find on that currently beyond needing to potentially leverage professional services for something that otherwise seems like it would be in place for a customer somewhere already.Thanks

We are starting to look at using work manager in assyst and wondered if anyone had any pointers or  gotchas that I should watch out for.  Got it setup and noticed a few things that would make it better, added these or upvoted in ideasmultiple managers per svd for different areas/types of events - so they can have different lanes and easier to manage more filters, especially on itemanything else anyone has noticed or come up with different ways to manage/use these.

Hello,I am trying to use ETM to pull out the Acquired Date of an item, then set a custom Date field value based on this date. The custom field will be set to 49 months after the Acquire date.Pulling out the value of the system field and doing the calculation is no issue, however when I try to set the value of the custom field, I am getting this error: In this case, the “acquiredDate” variable is being set earlier in the mapper from outbound.self.acquiredDate. If I convert the value to a string and use it to set the value on a single-line string field, it works fine (see below).  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Duncan

Hi all.We have just upgraded our test environment ETM to 1.7 which introduces the HTTP(S) to the mix and are putting it through its paces to see what we could use it for.One use case we are looking at is possibly replacing a script we have running on our integration VM. We use future actions to trigger a stop clock action, with assyst user setting the date to ‘come off hold’ and leaving the success checkbox as false. We need to sync accountExpires date field from AD in usr_flag2 field of contact user. I am able to sync the data but the data seems to be in datetime or other format.  For example expiry date for a user is set Monday June 3,2024 in AD but when i run the CUG process the value it updates in usr_flag2 field is 1336194720. How can I update the field with proper date format?

How is IPaaS and ETM licensed?  I understand that the account(s) must be configured as an Integrations license type in assyst.  Is there somewhere in the License form of assyst that might indicate an amount of integration licenses available, or do they piggy back on concurrent assyst users, or is it something else?James

In the assyst 11.7.3 release notes there is an enhancement to Event management“A Process can be added to, replaced, or removed from an existing Event using the 'edit Event' form. Support Users can now add, replace, or remove a process when editing an Event. Previously it was necessary to open the Process Designer to perform this function.”I can’t find anything on the wiki as to how to go about this.  Does anyone know?

 While the ticket is logged, and process is running I am able to edit the process and enter this Substitution Keyword to bring the Event Category but when doing this to new process before logging a ticket, it does not accept this keyword. Any Solution?
