A bit about yourself
I lead the team at InnovOps. We have 3 decades of experience with automating the lifecycle of assets from the request through disposal. I personally have written well over 1000 integrations and over 10k of workflows across multiple tools and suppliers. I’ve architected, designed and coded in most ITSM and ITOM tools, I’m a system thinker so I merge business, people, and processes into the design for any tool.
