Hi - When completing the Terminate Employee wizard, IFS prompts for Employee Status (After Termination). When i enter a value in this nothing changes, is there a background job or something that is supposed to run that changes the employee status? I feel like i am missing something obvious here?

Does anybody know of any security issues with relating to Employee Self Service in Aurena. Reason for asking is apparently there is supposed to be a major flaw with regards security.  Apparently, if the user is granted access to Employee Self Service they are able to amend details on the payslip?? We were looking at allowing Employee Self Service to enable employees to request holidays, etc.

Does anyone know if it is possible to record future time against a project i.e. If it was Tuesday to log Wednesday’s time?

Hi all, Since update 16 we have had an issue that when we cancel a sales quotation line we get the error message: wrong number or types of arguments in call to CANCEL_ORDER_LINE   At first we thought this was an access rights issue, but we doubt this. Anyone have an idea?

In IEE on an LOV, you can set a default saved search. Is there a way to do something similar in Aurena? For example, we built a saved search on expense sheets so that the only work orders a person will see are those that are assigned to them.  Otherwise the LOV has way too much to navigate. How do you do that in Aurena?

However is it possible with HSPTEXT element  IFS Version: 9.4   Also, I am trying to center the text on HSPTEXT. Due to the title part, it does not centralize. How do you change the options in a radio group control in Aurena? For example, when adding an expense to an expense sheet, there is a radiogroup control where the user picks between mileage, entertainment, and other. For my company entertainment is not a valid option.  We only want either mileage or other. How do I hide the entertainment option from the radiogroup control?

HI Guys,    Has anyone idea to use this bizapi ConnectivityProcessingHandler.processOutboxMessages. I generally using ConnectivityProcessingHandler.loadInboxMessages for inbound interface, but need to do same thing for outbound as well.

We are on Apps 8 and have just implemented the use of Employee Objectives.  However, we have key users in Finance who need access to authorize employee expenses and payroll.  Our solution to provide this access has been to grant them positional access to the level of CEO.  However, now that we are implementing Employee Objectives, we don't want these people being able to see everyone’s objectives.  How do we grant them access to be able to deal with expenses and payroll but remove access to objectives, other than their own?

Hello, I’ve a customer with the requirement that he wants to define the naming of a PDF document (e. g. customer invoice) by himself. If in IFS a PDF is automatically created then the naming is like “PDF46549877987…..” for the PDF file. Is it possible in IFS to define the namings of in IFS created PDF files?

How do I determine which Projections I need to grant in order to give permission to do a function in Aurena?  For example, if I want to grant the “Report Time” function, how do I find the projections to grant?

Hi, we have an issue where we want to use document attachments for expenses. The users who will need to be able to view the attachment is the employee the expense sheet has been created for, the employees manager and an administration team. Generally the employee is inputting the attachment so will automatically get permission to see the document, adding an administrative team is easy but how can I get the employees line manager to view the document without opening the document up to multiple other users?ThanksHelen
