We use IFS payroll in Apps 8. We use the leavers wizard here to terminate employees in the HR module. Whilst we have granted certain Finance users ‘Access to Former Employee Groups’ of type Leaver, as soon as the employee's status changes to Employment Ended, they lose sight of those users when processing BACS payments.
Is there somewhere else we need to undertake some configuration?
