Border Lines issue in IFS Report designer

Where there is data the border is showing but where there is no data the border is not showing. Please help me to solve this.

Permission set revoke single CRUD

We have a need for revoking the possibility to create New and Delete, but allow for Update of a record. The example is for the Purchase requisition lines projection in IFS Cloud, 23R1.The Update and Delete are bundled together, so it is not possible to give one and not the other. Is there another way of doing this?

IFS System Monitoring tool for Apps 10 Cloud customers

I have been told that the IFS System Monitoring tool is not available to Apps 10 customers who are deployed in IFS Cloud. I understand that the cloud team at IFS is responsible for the environments and allowing customers the ability to change things would be unmanageable. However, having the ability to see some indication of system health is critical. It is too late for us to react after the system becomes unavailable. Are there any options for customers to monitor system health?

Print Agent Service - Service Start Fail

Installed a PrintAgent locally against IFS CBP Environment and the service was registered successfully (as an admin user with access to the spool folder)When I try to start the service from the IFS Print Agent window, I get the following error. When I run the service via windows services window, I get the error.Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.Checked the dependency tab for the windows service and it is empty. I also checked whether the similar service called 'Printer Spooler’ and it is running fine. So wondering why the IFS Print Agent service is failing.Wondering whether anyone else has come across a similar issue before PS: Checked a few windows forums and they provide a wide range of solutions.

Cloud Build Place: create Delivery Status remains Pending

Hi,I had Ordered Delivery After Merging my Branch to Master and creation of Sanity build that was successful. there was a del environment already created and was the only one instance. While ordering delivery I selected the Sanity Build instance that was not latest as I wanted to to have files of previous Sanity in the delivery. System showed an error informing that there was a delivery environment already. I selected OK and deleted the existing del environment.in the jobs the Delivery Creation Process is running and still pending after around 30 hours.can anyone help and let me know if I can start a new delivery while the old one is still pending? How to send email via workflow?

Hello, I am trying to use Camunda mail-send connector via a service task in my workflow for IFS Cloud. I’m not 100% sure if I’m using the extensions tab of the workflow properly:but I followed the Camunda instructions for calling mail-send and this is what my task looks likeI’m getting this error when I try to run the workflow though:If anyone has experience sending emails via a workflow, please let me know. EE Profile Issue Post Delivery Deployment

Hi,Over the weekend, we deployed Update 18 along with a number of other deliveries to Production environment Apps 10.We have some users whose Service request screen layout has been corrupted, and the fields are not showing clearly allowing them to create records. See below: I have cleared their dotNET Cache, removed the content in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 and cleared their personal profile for the specific screen frmWoFaultReportCustOrderTab. All attempts fail. However when user account is used on a different PC, the screen appears okay so suggests a client issue!?How and where do I go to rectify this please? Please respond ASAPThanks in advance

Localization and Company

Hi Guys Wondering if anyone with past experience can answer this.We’ve installed Slovakian Localization pack, but wondering what’s the best way to implement on a Company. Is it better to install Localization and then create a Company (we’re going to use it on a new Company) or it doesn’t matter if Company already exists? Transformer jar file

I am not clear according to transformer when I create a mapping using third party .After creating mappings from third party I get a packaged jar file (for example bizzapi xml from IFS to other xml format), when I execute it independent of IFS it works.My question is what do I need to do that with this jar file (for example name: myexample.jar) to import into IFS app8 so that it can be executed? Do I need to create a transformer using IFS Developer Studio and include this jar file (myexample.jar) as a library? I think it would be useful if you have any example so I could see how to package it so that IFS app8 consume it. I've read the ifs documentation but haven't found an example that explains this to me to be clear.

BLOB background in Report Designer

Hi,Is there anyone out there with the knowledge to help me solve this mystery?When fetching a dynamic Image stored as a BLOB in the data base into Report Designer and then previewing the report, there is a black background displayed on signatures created in a Service Work Task (fetched from ifsapp.JT_TASK_SIGNATURE) , but not on other objects fetched from Media Library (ifsapp.media_item). The signatures where the error is caused are all stored as BLOBS and when previewing them in Oracle SQL the background is white:Previewing BLOB in Oracle SQL.But when printing them on PDF, the background becomes black for some reason, while other BLOBs are presented with white background. In this sample the signature is printed twice (black squares with blue signature) and a BLOB presenting a coffee machine is printed correctly in the lower left corner as comparison. Maintenance User Cannot Be Set As a Resource in Resource Allocation

HelloEasy question, I think. I’m using APS10 Update 16 and troubleshooting the setup of a maintenance user that can’t be set as a resource in the resource allocation dialog. IFS help is asking me to check Scheduling Basic Data but I can’t find it anywhere. All items in my navigator are unhidden. Is it called something else in my version?

Quick Reports - EE vs Aurena

We have quick report(s) which work fine in Apps 10 EE, however when the user goes to run the same report no data is returned. The quick reports are parameter driven so users can enter a value or leave blank.Current SQL parameter construct:where h.del_org_code like upper('%&DEL_Code%')and upper(h.POSITION) like upper('%&Position%') We changed the SQL parameter to the following to get it working in Aurena:where h.del_org_code like upper('%' || '&DEL_Code' || '%')and upper(h.POSITION) like upper('%' || '&Position' || '%') Has anyone come across this and do we know why the change is required to allow reports to work in Aurena?Thanks

IFS CLOUD - Unable to upload certificate into the MW

Hi AllI want to add certificate to ifsapp-iam pod from our ADFS server.
