Dear Sirs; Newly implementation IFS 10UPD8 being started at new customer.  The following error message is showed at backgroud job detail. “ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-50857: oracle error in drvddl.IndexSync ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06512” It seems like to be Oracle setup issue, but NOT IFS. Hi, I’m working with the PDF_REPORT_CREATED in IfsCloud (23R2). There is a Parameter USER_MOBILE_PHONE that fetch value defined in UserProperties “MOBILE_PHONE”.In app9 we could edit/add the value in “User Properties” - window.   Where can I find similar window in IFS Cloud? How can I add/modify mobile phone for a User?The vaule is visible (if exists) in User Settings, but it is impossible to edit.The value can be added in by a function, but how can we do it in Application?  Fnd_User_API.Set_Property(‘xxxx’, 'MOBILE_PHONE' , '(+00) 11 22 33 44 55' ); Br. I have a lobby element that counts overdue items. There is currently no “Overdue” indicator on the record, rather the count is based on a due date being less than today.On the page, you can filter a date/time column using #TODAY# (or other similar options) but that value gets converted in the URL to a literal string (2022-01-12T00:00:00Z for example).When setting the navigation URL for the Lobby Element, I’m trying to pass a querystring value that will filter the page results appropriately. How can I do this? I have a customer where some employees are using the Dark Theme in their 22R2 Aurena Use Places. The customer is also using SSRS for MS type Quick Reports.  In the Quick Reports/View SSRS Report window, the Quick Report becomes virtually invisible due to using the standard black font for the report data. Is there a way for users using the Dark Theme to show the background of the View SSRS Report window in white rather than black so the black text shows up?

Can the notes field in Report Archive be updated? Can a warehouse location be shared by multiple sites? We have multiple sites that create different CTO product and we want store and ship the items from one central location. The orders are entered on different sites so to invoice the item needs to be in a location on that site, correct?  Can I create a location that I can move items from different site into a shared location. Space is limited so if I put an item from site #1 into it I need IFS not to allow an item from site #2 put in it. Hopefully this makes sense. We are using APPS10 UPD#11. Thank you.

Hi everyone,I’m trying to connect an on-prem Active Directory to IFS apps 10 (10.19) and I can’t get IFS to connect to the AD unless the credentials used are a domain admin. I read IFS documentation and it says that the user used to connect to the AD should have read-only permissions to the AD. However, it does not seem to be working.What could I be doing wrong?Thank you very much in advance!

Dear all,I’m using the Odata query below, it works, however it seems all records having EMPLOYMENT_END_DATE equal to todays date are ignored due to date format.page/Employees/List?$filter=CompanyId eq $COMPANY_ID$ and EmploymentEndDate le DayAfterMonth and EmploymentEndDate ge CurrentDateWhat are supported date variables/functions I can use with Odata query?I see DayAfterMonth, CurrentDate are working. Are there any others like Yesterday or is it possible to deduct/add number of days to the CurrentDay somehow, can I somehow truncate the date?I did not find even DayAfterMonth, CurrentDate in the documentation.Thanks Jan

I am trying to use a workflow to call the cancel quotation line call to cancel the copied lines on the newly copied quotation to match the source quotation.  We are currently in 23r1.  On the Sales > Quotation > Sales Quotation screen we use the Copy Quotation button to create a new quotation.  For example, the source quotation has 3 quotation lines with the second line in the Cancelled status.  I am able to get the specific line to cancel but I am stuck on the call to actually cancel the line.  I am sure I am missing something simple. The projection call looks like: I build the variables as:aCancelReason : "NO STOCK""QUOTATION_NO=C9030200B;LINE_NO=2;REL_NO=1;LINE_ITEM_NO=-1" Any help is appreciated.

Hi BR experts,Could you please advise me on the following issue?When the customer orders the BR report(using their credentials), they get an empty report.But when I order the same report (using my credentials) I get the report with data.To be honest, I'm not sure if it's related to the user credentials or rather to the local settings.I tried to reproduce this issue using my credentials, but I couldn't do it until I turned on the debugger.When I turned it on, I received an empty report.Have you ever encountered an issue like this?Do you have any suggestions how to solve it, I mean how to ensure that when the customer orders a report using their credentials, they receive a report with data.I would be grateful for your assistance.Best regards,Adam

Hello IFS Community. I wondered if anyone knows if this is possible. I have created a custom LU, and have configured it and linked it to a Projection and it is assocated correctly, I used the Page Designer to add a Tab, and then a List and it works as expected. I can see the list in List View or Table view. Is it possible to create a Card View so I can see my items as Cards?If so, can you explain how, if not, can we recommend this idea to IFS R&D?Many thanks, David.

Hi All,we have a requirement to enable or show the command for multiple selected records, but it should be disabled for single record selection. 

Customer is trying to deploy IFS Aurena Agent to users. When deploying to the system, the "Allowed_Hosts" file is generated however the certhash is different per system. When deploying to the user, the "Allowed_Hosts" file is generated with the same certhash no matter who the user is or what system it's installed onto. Can we use a per system installer and just copy the allowed_hosts files from a user install? Any help much appreciated. Best Regards,Anjani Kumar

Hello, We are currently using IFS Application 10 Update 15 and I’m trying to provide some automation to our production lines by receiving in product into inventory from the shop order as it passes a sensor on the production line.   I’m using Postman to test to get an understanding of the API’s and data I need to pass to successfully receive product into inventory.   When I call the API below I get a 201 Created status so it appears the API is successful.   But when I look in the quantity in stock screen I do not see the inventory in the location nor is the shop order qty completed and qty remaining information updated so something isn’t correct.   I’m using basic authentication at the moment until I can get everything working in Postman. I’m trying to use the project below.<my server>/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ReceiveShopOrderHandling.svc/ReceiveShopOrderSet  Here’s the body I’m sending along with the API call.

I am looking for an API query that retrieve if whether a person is “HR Application Manager” or not. I understand in EE, this info coming from package PERS_API & method IsManager. Or simply coming from table PERS.MANAGER where this equals “1”. Since API is using “Projection”, I am struggling to find this info. I think this is coming from “PersonHandling” projection but could not locate this info.  

Since we’ve updated from Apps 10 update 9 to update 22, printing standard report designer reports to a local network printer (i.e. \\printsvr\myprinter) not through a print agent, on the printer we get the error ‘“the appropriate paper size, custom, is not available. Select another paper size, then press ok to start printing.”The user presses OK and it will print. You can hit the preview button instead and print it from within Edge and it works just fine.Is there a way to get the old behavior back?
