Hello, how can I create in IFS quick reports filtering by som value even before executing whole table? For example, when I want to filter by some part no, something like this: 

I’m trying to create a WF to calculate the InventoryTurnover KPI.I’m executing a call to InventoryTurnoverRateHandling → GetCurrencyAndTurnoverRate. The call executes successfully if I hardcode the numeric params (from/to Period / Year) However if I wanna use the variables that I set in the previous step → ${fromYear} | ${fromPeriod} | ${toYear} | ${toPeriod} I get an error that Int to BigDecimal cast is not possible: When I look in API explorer I see the API call is expecting numbers. Which is what I already provide. Any ideas what I can do to execute the Projection call inside the workflow using variables and not hardcoded values? @dsj 

Hello, I need help in concatenating SQL queries. My aim is to connect 11 columns together in one view or table. First 6 columns is from one view, column 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are from different views. How can I connect this columns together? Should I use JOINs or UNION? Hello,  I want to retrieve note_text from Shipment view, but it always will fetch empty string in IFS Report Designer, could you please give me advice how can I repair it? Hi All,We are using IFS10 UPD19We wanted to enforce the following options to the end users.1)Number of Pages to Keep in Memory 2)Disable the options in the display tabUse hardware accelerated graphics Borderless window3)Enable the check box for 'Optimize for Slow Network'Currently the users have to go to the user profile and click on the options and then move to advanced and server tabs to make these settings. These settings all have default values which we would like to edit . Are there any configuration files we can change so that it can be enforced on all the end users 

For some background, this is happening in Apps 10, Update 12.  We have a custom page called Supplier Security: Users need to be able to access this page from the Supplier screen. To do this, I’ve set up a command group here: And this is how I set it up: I hope this is a set up error on my end, but here’s an example of my issue. Added custom field shows as unresolved reference. The downloaded report XML shows custom filed with correct data. Uploaded / downloaded modified layout successfully. Preview offline and online does not show modification (added custom field). Any ideas? thanks

My company uses RMA’s and sometimes,  we receive this product back in to inventory. This is typically a quality step because the decision is made at quality whether or not the goods are damaged and need to be scrapped or if they can be received back in to our inventory. In Aurena Apps 10, we could highlight the line and receive the product on the RMA. There is also a screen called “Receive Authorized Returns” that you can perform this functionality. I have a ticket open at the moment CS0304627 and I’ve been told that going forward in cloud, the receipt will need to be done on Register Arrivals but again, there is still a screen called “Receive Authorized Returns” that only allows scrapping of goods and not receiving…. Please make it make sense. Aurena Apps 10 “Receive Authorized Returns” allows Receiving as the name suggests. Return Material Authorization Line in Apps 10 UPD 18 allows ReceivingCloud 24R1, no option to receive product on the “Receive” Authorized Returns screen No Option

When we retreive data from a table in IFS Cloud by referencing the field (for example SHIPMENT_LINE_OVW_CFV.SOURCE_REF1) we get an error in datasource.For example , we use the packing problems lobby element in prod9 without any problem. Dear Community, We would like to build some integration, and I started to investigate the possibilities. I saw we can call REST APIs from Event actions, so I tried it.My test is very simple, I would like to create a PO header in test IFS if someone create a PO in an other IFS test instance. I have this event action: Body:  But I got this error in Application messages:  I googled it and also looked around in the community, but I only found this articleCall REST API from event action with Bearer Authentication | IFS Community When I tried the same call from Postman, it worked without any issues.Do you have any idea what I might be missing? We are on IFS Apps 10 UPD21. Thank you very much in advance for all ideas and thoughts!Kind regards, Balazs

The lobby elements timeout in IFS Cloud. When i try to retrieve the data again, somtimes it works but some of them always timeout. I have already checked their queries and everything seems fine.  How can I extend the time to retrieve data before timeout? Currently it retrieves data in 2 minutes. I want to extend it to 5 minutes. 

Hello.Is it possible to update data on “on before object is changed”, on the inserted table ?I was thinking to make a custom even on the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_TAB table. Hi,It seems another very useful functionality we used to have in EE client has been changed apparently in Cloud. on editable overview forms we used to select rows and copy object and paste object to copy data between databases using EE client. It used to copy the objects to clipboard using IFS message format. Then Paste did the magical data import to another database. I can see this behaviour is changed in cloud, it seems the new “copy selected rows”, doesn't copy to clipboard, so there is no way to paste to another database.  If anyone found a quick and easy way to copy data, specially from useplace to buildplace, please let me know. Thanks in AdvanceSanj

i have several requests to create custom fields on IFS Pages and have encountered the same problem on more than one Page in IFS.Using one such example, I would like to add custom fields to Risk Analysis - when new Risk button is click.I click one the ‘New’ risk button & a screen pops up like below - but now my ‘user’ menu is not available so I am unable to switch on the Debug to find the information I need in order to add the fields needed on this page nor am I able to start the Page Designer. To me I interpret this as a system bug or serious limitation that it would appear I am unable to make the changes i want. It is not ideal to add them into the ‘grid’ on the page from where I navigated from - they are really required at this point of creating the data on the below screen. That is what my client wants.Can someone please advise if there is a method or trick - to invoke the Debug console and/or how I could add the fields I want on these ‘popup’ screens like I can elsewhere in the

Dear IFS Support, We're planning to set up a High Availability (HA) MicroK8s cluster for our IFS deployment. Our current setup:2 VMs running MicroK8s 2 VMs running Oracle 1 VM ManagementQuestions:Is it possible to configure HA with just 2 nodes for IFS, despite the documentation mentioning a minimum of 3 nodes? If not, what's the recommended minimum configuration for an HA MicroK8s cluster supporting IFS?

In IFS10 and 9 it was possible to write criteria's in the where clause of a data source as: column1 in (select column1 from ifsapp.view2 where Active =’True’)i.e. if column1 is present in another view and where clause is fulfilled, that whole select is valid. (I did not add view name and select, where for the view that would have to be entered own columns in data source editor)This does not seem to work in IFS Cloud using SQL data sources. Would it be possible to do anything similar using a projection? in that case, how?

Hello,We've noticed something strange. When you generate an IFS token, you receive both an access token and a refresh token. The role of the refresh token is to allow an access token to be regenerated without the user having to re-authenticate. So far, so good, but I've noticed that I can refresh the access token as many times as I like using the same refresh token. This seems to me to pose a security problem, because in my opinion, a refresh token should only be able to be used once. Does this behavior seem normal to you?Thanks.Théo
