I have a question regarding used place in cloud services.

I know and understand somehow that to get access into use place is possible with read-only option for limited time and a supervisor (after creating ticket in SNOW).

I also understand because ​@IFS is a garant of cloud services they do not want to leave access for other consultants / developers but I have idea how it could be done:

1. To get editor acces for limited time with a supervisor (after creating ticket in SNOW => same procedure as with read-only access).
2. To get access to test enviroment, not production enviroment because we can ask cutomer to clone production database to test database and then ask for editor access.

It would be more easier work while performing big integrations e.g. in construction => nesting (cutting plans). I mean really huge integrations where we are forced to wait if it is fixed and we cannot check it before sending delivery which is really time consuming, not efficient and creating angry customers.
