From time to time we are experiencing that some users are getting their profiles deleted. They loose bookmarks and other settings. We upgraded from IFS 10 to Cloud and have run the system for a few months now. So far we counted 5 occasions (that we know of) where the profile  is gone from one day to another. It has not been any updates of the system when it happens and maybe there is something these users are doing that causes this. One user experienced it twice. 

Has anyone experienced similar and does anyone know what is happening?
