Hi ​ I am facing the issue in Account screen to see the record history when I changed any objectsI am getting blank screen when I am check in record history but i can be able to get the record in below pathI have enabled the Generate Triggers Component for the Account Rules holder,  but no luckCan you any suggested how to enable in a Account screen.

Hi everyoneWe are currently creating a concept for our development process for IFS Cloud Upgrade. We are planning to use DevOps on our own Doppelmayr Azure Tenant for handling all kind of Issues (BacklogItems, Developments, Bugs, Tasks, Testcases, etc.)We are used to mention the issue key in our commits for the customized sources (.plsql, .projection, etc), so that there is an automatic connection between the Issue and the source (visible in DevOps).The issue now is, that the code resides on IFS DevOps and the issues are on our DevOps so we cannot link the commits to the issues anymore. Has anyone the same requirenment or even a solution to that?Best RegardsMatthias

I have a requirement, from China, to print a stamp over the total amount section of the Order Confirmation. There are no problems adding the stamp in the printout. Is there a way, in Report Designer, to print the stamp over an existing section?I haven’t managed to get this to work. When trying to deploy an event calling a workflow i get the following error :  When looking at the event, i have :  If deploying the event in Validation type i do not have this issue.I think the errorMessage is not compatible with the processEnrichment workflow type. How to deploy a process enrichment with error message to show to user please? Thank’s in advance

Hi is it possible to block traffic to a particular endpoint in ifs cloud to deactivate in IFS cloud as we had in IFS 10. in ifs we could block the traffic to https://<host>/openid-connect-provider/*Does it exist a similar endpoint in IFS Cloud. Seems like /auth is used to more than just the authetication process for the default IDP. Kjell Åge

Hi, How can i use attributs from custom event in BPA workflow.in my example, it seems that the value of attribut are not available in the workflow. Hello!We are working on some integration with Boomi and have run into a roadblock with a custom integration projection. We were under the impression that when you add two Entities to a custom projection that it would combine the data from those two entities into a single API. We need to pull the full address and the address type, unfortunately that information is in two different places. Here’s our Custom Projections - the Categories has disappeared, it was Integration, not sure why it’s not showing. We have out two entities, CustomerInfoAddress, CustomerInfoAddressType and we’ve done our Associations and Key Mappings.  It’s published and when we go to API Explorer and look at the API Doc, we have API’s for each entitiy but not them combined. Neither one of these have all the information we need. Are we misunderstanding how the custom projections work or is there something wrong with how the API’s are being generated. I did a case to IFS asking this exact question and they told me to c

Hello experts,I have created a SQL quick report with a parameter that is called via a page command created in page designer. It is working as intended and I successfully pass the parameter and the report executes correctly with the right data. Super, happy camper! But how do I make the following 2 improvements to the parameter box that is displayed below when the Quick Report is started:1.Make the Parameter box ‘read only’ - so the value passed from the Page is non changeable2.Apply a ‘pretty’ description rather than the technical field name for the parameter that is currently displayed Thanks!

We have a barcode report that generate a report approx. 1800 pages with 3 barcodes on it. The result xml is around 16kb. When this report is printed to a logical printer the issues starts. The IFSAPP-REPORTING-REN prods starts crash-looping with OOMKILLED. The pod doesn't managed to update the status for the print jobs so it start all over again when it starts up ending up in a never ending loop of crashing the report rendering pod We have increased the memory for the pod from the default value 2GB to 6GB and we got the print out true, the pods used almost 5.8GB of memory to get i true.My question in IFS Appliction 8, 9 or 10 we had the system parameter to control the memory usage and utilize disk for the rendering process based on the xml result size Breakpoint XML size for when to format Report Designer reports in memory or using disk storage (kB)   Reporting This parameter controls the Disc Cache. Question, is it possible to use a Custom Enumeration (or other created LOV) and add it to a standard IFS attribute in the page configurator?We would like to have a stricter regime on an IFS standard attribute which is just a string column with no functionality. I.e. Document Title – ISO Classification. For this one case we already have created an “idea” which is accepted, ISO classification of Documents, which is good. But in general (for other cases) we would have liked to just create a Custom Enumeration and then connect it to the already existing IFS standard attribute (not a CF$ custom field) using the Page Configurator. Is this possible, and we have just missed it? Or is this not possible without creating a new Custom Attribute and hide the IFS standard column? If not possible, is there a reason, or is it something for the Idea board?

Cloud 22R1 and a few months into using IFS, coming from a 30 year old ERP. We are setting up email notifications for approval routings, and as I have seen on the forums from previous versions, we have the same issue that the standard event action for approval routing email does not give the first person on the approval routing a notification when dealing with Approval Routings on entities that are not Documents, we are using this on Change Order and Change Requests. Using threads I found on here from older IFS versions, I had been able to create a custom event and event action that got us most of the way there, but our test environment of IFS got refreshed and I am attempting to rebuild what I had, and am not having success, so I know I am missing a step somewhere According to my notes, I had created a custom event for ApprovalRouting to fire when when Changed or Created, and then I had a custom event for that. Hello, I am inserting a pdf attachment to Customer Order through an integration.But when I try to download the the pdf document, it gives me the following error. When opening the document from the database, blob value is opened as a text and not as a pdf.  Does anyone has any idea what could be issue here?

What is the community opinion about the query option done when wanting the objversion of a object? If I make a query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion FROM suppllier”I get this result  If I on the other hand query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion as df FROM suppllier” I get this result Is this a user friendly behaviour?I think rather than implementing limitations use the time and effort to implement missing IEE behaviour to the Aurena client 

I’m looking to add a condition on the customer order line discount :    When validation, I need to check the discount type then the discount % and Amt/Then do some calculation based on customer loyalty program then authorize a certain amount or %. I’m not able to identify the correct way to deploy the bpa.  I have added a new line to generate an error to detect the correct projection :The error was generated when making a post oncustomerOrderLineDiscountHandling.svc/CustOrderLineDiscountSet(Objkey='ACA0D85ED1304D0FA3399E6087493821')/CustOrderLineDiscountArray The payload is the following : I made a user validation workflow to just read those data for the momentI have activated the workflow with debug enabled When visiting the page OrderLine Discount, before making any thing I get an error.By debugging the workflow I get :  Any idea on how to test the discount data please?We are using IFS 23R1.13

Cloud 23.1.1I have a logo image that displays in IFS as having an off-white background but the background of the image source is pure white. It displays correctly in Crystal Reports. The image source is jpg and is of correct resolution to not degrade nor cause performance issues with Crystal Reports engine.It may seem trivial, but the documents is printed 1,000 of times per week and looks unprofessional. Furthermore, if users print the document, it increases consumption of print consumables.Has anyone else experienced this issue and is aware of a workaround or resolution?
