Cloud 24R1 : We would like to export/ import multiple user profiles in one action. When I select two user profiles I do not have the option to export both profiles into one export file?!Anyone in the community knows how I can export/ import multiple USER profiles in one go?

Hi comunity. I have the next error when I try to communicate with TaxAgency (AEAT). ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Post error: 302 (Moved Temporarily) Intermediate certificates and other configurations work properly.Do you know what this could be due to? Quick Report IFS Cloud

What is the community opinion about the query option done when wanting the objversion of a object? If I make a query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion FROM suppllier”I get this result If I on the other hand query like this “SELECT vendor_no, vendor_name, objversion as df FROM suppllier” I get this result Is this a user friendly behaviour?I think rather than implementing limitations use the time and effort to implement missing IEE behaviour to the Aurena client

Analogue Gauge weird behaviour with percent

Hey everyone, Has anyone else noticed any weird stuff with the Analogue gauge when one tries to choose the option “Show As Percent”?I’m trying to visualize Closed Shop Orders divided by Planned Shop Orders, so this value is between 0 and 1. Validating Order Line Discount with Workflow

I’m looking to add a condition on the customer order line discount : When validation, I need to check the discount type then the discount % and Amt/Then do some calculation based on customer loyalty program then authorize a certain amount or %. I’m not able to identify the correct way to deploy the bpa. I have added a new line to generate an error to detect the correct projection :The error was generated when making a post oncustomerOrderLineDiscountHandling.svc/CustOrderLineDiscountSet(Objkey='ACA0D85ED1304D0FA3399E6087493821')/CustOrderLineDiscountArray The payload is the following : I made a user validation workflow to just read those data for the momentI have activated the workflow with debug enabled When visiting the page OrderLine Discount, before making any thing I get an error.By debugging the workflow I get : Any idea on how to test the discount data please?We are using IFS 23R1.13

Cloud 23.1 Logo Image Background

Cloud 23.1.1I have a logo image that displays in IFS as having an off-white background but the background of the image source is pure white. It displays correctly in Crystal Reports. The image source is jpg and is of correct resolution to not degrade nor cause performance issues with Crystal Reports engine.It may seem trivial, but the documents is printed 1,000 of times per week and looks unprofessional. Furthermore, if users print the document, it increases consumption of print consumables.Has anyone else experienced this issue and is aware of a workaround or resolution?

Crystal Report server issue

Trying to get a Crystal Reports server working for a cloud upgrade.IFS is showing error Error in retrieving the parameters I also can’t change the logging values for Crystal Reports from IFS If I try to save a change I getcom.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failedI have tried changing the crystal server address in system config to the IP address and that changed the error when trying to enable logs to: Return value to config logs not found. Automate Purchase Order PDF Email

Hi all, In IFS10 UPD4 I have developed an automated process to take an authorised Purchase Requisition, convert it to a Purchase Order, release it and then email the requisitioner with the order details. I would like to attach a PDF copy of the PO (or send one from another Event Action) but have not managed to figure out how to do it. I have an Event configured against the PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB table that triggers when the PO is Released and then an Event Action E-mail to inform the requisitioner, but there are no Event linked attachments available to attach. Does anyone know how to code the printing and emailing functionality? Thanks in advance, Ged Pierce.

Reports Printed to Local Printer always appear Portrait

Dear community, We have recently upgraded to IFS Cloud, and have found that every operational report that is landscape, i.e. the Arrival Report, when printed to a local printer, i.e. \\SERVER\PRINTER1, always prints in portrait, so the text is reduced to fit the report across the portrait page and there is a large space to the top and the bottom. When printing these reports using the Print Agent printer, the report prints landscape as expected. Has anyone experienced this and has found a fix for it?Many thanks, David.

Can we adjust the session expiration interval in IFS Cloud?

Hi team,Is it possible to adjust the expiration interval of sessions in IFS Cloud（23R2）?We've observed that there is a system parameter associated with session timeout, but unfortunately, we're unable to modify it. Issue with DNS Resolution with IFS Cloud Build Place DB

Hi,I am having issues with the Azure VPN connection to our IFS Cloud build place. I can connect successfully, but the DB host name resolution does not work. For example, we are given this DB host for our buildplace:myhost-dev2-db.build.ifs.cloud:1521/alepdbI cannot connect using this host name, and I can’t even ping that host. If I use the database’s IP (10.37.x.x), I can connect and query the DB normally. This is fine as a workaround, but the IP can change.Is there a DNS server that can be manually added to my Azure VPN profile?Thanks

OData Entity Paths Returns ODP_SERVICE_IS_NOT_ACTIVE

Our IFS cloud deployment of 23R2 is working fine. I’ve been using the OData APIs to build integrations with external software. So far, all of the paths I have used are for projections, with some form of:/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomerOrderHandling.svcHowever now I’m trying to use some entity paths like this:/int/ifsapplications/entity/v1/CustomerOrderEntity.svcThese are failing with this response: { error: { code: "ODP_SERVICE_IS_NOT_ACTIVE", message: "Service is not active." }}Anyone know how to resolve this?Thanks,-Chris
