Dear All, when customer Orders go to Blocked state the informations are reachable via Blocked Info Button. We want to have a custom Tab where we can see the Blocked information and even edit a Custom field. The Blocked Info is in the same Entity - anyway we do not fiond a way to have this in a list on a new Tab. I created already a new List and gave the informations to it but then it shows me all Blocked informations. My Problem is the binding and Property. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance Stefan

Hi All,I added a persistent custom field to the entity CroHead as follows. And then added it to ‘Component Repair Order’ page with below LOV filter. But this does not filter ‘Cf Crm Contact’ using ‘Customer ID’ value. It’s ‘1000’ here. But it filters correctly if I change the filter as follows. Is there a way to get this filtered dynamically using the ‘Customer’ value?I went through previous community posts and F1 documentation as well but could not find a solution. It seems syntax has been changed in new cloud versions.I checked with below syntax but still no luck.contains(Cf_DisplayText, '$CUSTOMER_ID')contains(Cf_DisplayText, '$[Customer_Id]')contains(Cf_DisplayText, '$[CUSTOMER_ID]')contains(Cf_DisplayText, '$[CustomerId]') Thanks & Best Regards,Randini

I’ve had a request to add a custom sorting & grouping to the Shipment Packing List. I’ve gotten the fields to the report and have it sorted. How can I make a field visible only when it’s different than the prior row? Something like this pivot table from Excel is what is being requested.  

Hi Team,We often transfer a screen field value as a parameter to an operational report using Page Designer. Do you know if it is possible to format a date item into a different format, such as Oracle's "to_date","to_char" etc. Thank you.Although both the view field and report parameter are of date type, when I tried to transfer the screen value as the report's parameter and execute the report, the error shown below occurred. Instead, if a fixed value of '2025/2/1' or '2025-2-1' is set in the Action Parameter, the error disappears. Do you have any good ideas to share with me? Best Regards,Feng

Is there a capability in IFS Cloud to announce a system wide message to all users via IFS Aurena page. We had a similar function in Apps10. 

Do you know about any limitations with regards to job_queue_processes in CDB.I read, when it is 0 (zero), then jobs execution will be stopped in CDB and PDBs. Non zero value in CDB will allow job execution in CDB and PDBs, unless a given PDB itself is not set to 0, so that PDB will not run any jobs.But, why do we have this arbitrary number 10 for job_queue_processes in CDB, when using IFS database creation template? Can I make it less and how much less?

The Projection Grant Screen allows you to individually report which Permission Sets a single Projection has been granted to.  However, I have a need to ringfence numerous Projections and would like to be able to report on X number of Projections at once and get a listing of the Permission sets each Projection is granted to (ideally would be usefully to exclude looking into Permission sets that I know are not relevant).  I can see this as being a frequent admin task to ensure the integrity of the permission sets\system.  This will also provide evidence of active management in the area to our auditors.   Does anyone know of a suitable report/solution for this requirement. 

Hi everyone,We have a number of PLSQL custom event actions and I’ve been investigating workflows as the route to replace these (see all the other debates about this!).I have a validation workflow which works as expected when configured for updates on the CustomerOrderHandling projection.  If the user edits an order then the workflow correctly blocks the update. I actually want to block a customer order release so I added an event action to the standard IFS ORDER_RELEASED eventThis doesn’t seem to be triggered (nothing shows up in the observations) and the background job completes successfully, releasing the order.How do I configure a workflow to perform checks which might result in the need to block the release of a customer order?Thanks,MMck

We’re working through a Cloud upgrade with a remote deployment. I’m running into a lot of performance issues, and I’d like to explore using different antimalware solutions, different public clouds, and different on-prem hardware. Whenever I copy our production database somewhere, though, it creates a significant business risk, so I need a full-sized copy of our system that has been made safe enough to use for this exploratory purpose. I need to mask or sanitize our entire database to reduce or eliminate the risk of our business data getting compromised. Question 1: Has anyone scrubbed a database like this? How did you do it? There’s a pack available for Oracle Database Enterprise Edition called the Data Masking and Subsetting Pack. How would a customer create a new custom webapp similar to the WAR files that APPSRV and GISINT use for mapping? Do you review customer requests on BitBucket, or is that only for internal use? Are the README files still valid for Cloud where our customer Git repo is hosted in Azure? (Would my webapp become available for every customer?) Please assume I have development experience outside of this framework.

Hello IFS community,I have a couple of custom fields to move to an RDL, but when I move them to the layout page, they do not print in the PDF.I am running IFS Report Designer 200.2.0001 and am connected to the database that contains the custom fields.I refreshed the cache, and the custom fields appear on the IFS page and populate data, which means the custom fields are working correctly.You can see the custom fields and their location on the report layout (Screenshot below) . I saved the changes, after when I try to run the report, it does not display the email and phone information. I have them highlighted in yellow color (See Screenshot below)Here is the PDF part. It does not display the data.Any idea why the custom fields do not display?  

Hey,I am looking for whether an existing PLSQL Package exists with a method that’d help me in the following case:In an IFS Cloud Install, IFS Managed Cloud Deployment, Document Management using Azure File Storage rather than Database.Imagine a use case where within a PLSQL Procedure I need to retrieve the data contents of the File as BLOB/CLOB, in order to then be able to use it in the backend for other purposes (send mail, application message, etc.).Is there a known API Method you guys know about that I can use, passing the document keys (doc no, doc class, doc rev, doc sheet, etc.) as parameters, and retrieving the Azure File Storage hosted file data contents as CLOB/BLOB ?Tried to look in EDM_FILE_API, EDM_FILE_LOCATION_API but couldn’t really find anything in there. There’s Get_File_Data in EDM_FILE_STORAGE_API but that seems dedicated to database hosted documents rather than Azure FS.Thank you !

Filtering of Custom Attribut Links is not supported. The $filter is missing when a custom field attribute is used as a link (reference), see attachments.Business Impact: This malfunction treats us to work with two tabs and always copy and paste the desired value in the filter line of the new tab. This is a lot of clicking and the userbilty suffers dramatically. Another way out is to have acustom command that takes over the filter in the jump action. Nevertheless it is hard to explain to the user why cartain (standard) links work well whereas others (ustom) surf to the correct page but without filtering the correct element. When does IFS solve this misbehaviour?Thnak you!
