Hi Guys,

I am trying to attach the documents or view the documents through the cloud CRM companion App.

I reviewd the technical documentation and documents are enabled through object connections for both Lead and Business activity. But I cannot see the attachment section in the companion app.

 

I added the security grants for the CRM companion app. Not sure If I am missing any specific permissions

 

 

Any idea how I can use the document management functionality in CRM companion app please?
