We are currently running on IFS Cloud - 24R2.0 - on premise
We have multiple companies in our IFS environment. For each of these companies, we have set up database Task Schedules to run the Notify Next Authorizer task for Supplier Invoices.
For each company, the task is set to run once a day, either at 6pm or 6am.
We are having an issue with one scheduled task. We discovered it had been running every minute instead of once a day. When we look at the Execution Plan for each of the companies, we can see that the separator is a caret instead of a semi-colon like on all of the other tasks. This is the only task that has the caret and the only one that runs every minute.
The issue is that we don’t know how we got this set up that way. The details of the scheduled task look the same as our other tasks and we don’t see anything that would indicate anything other than once a day.
Any ideas on how we would have done this?
