After clicking on the Save Report Option and filling out the required report information and saving the report it “appears” to save to the database.  However, when I try to load the report it doesn’t show up in the pop-up to re-load it.  Also, in the Load Report pop-up the only report structure node that shows up is Example Reports.  Am I missing a step in the set-up somewhere?

Has anyone ever seen this error when trying to publish custom fields?… 

We’re getting run-time errors due to date logic/formatting/selections. Is there any standardized set of date formatting rules?I have numerous Oracle SQL websites detailing date functions, but we run into issues every now and then, with each case having slightly different requirements/logic.Scenarios:1.) SQL in an IAL runs fine in the quick report using it, but fails when run in the SQL Query Tool.2.) Hello,I want to use automatic gtin generate approach on the IFS V10.8.I created a record on gtin basic data like below. I created a record on company basic data gtin prefix like below. Then i checked a catalog part for generate gtin but the option is not active.What should i do more, can somebody tell me prerequirements about automatically gtin generating.Thanks. Company/Distrubition/General 

Is there a way in Apps 8 to add Documents to the Document Text Administration?I am looking for Instant Invoice and Interest Invoice, but do not see them in the list, so was not sure if they could be added.

IFS does not provide enough knowhow on how desiging a secure architecture. I am trying to create a Report Rule for Customer Order Confirmation, etc. to specify a default Report Layout for each Company, as they each have their own layout. Goal is when a User goes to print a document that the Layout designated for that Company affiliation will be what appears as the Layout. I have not been able to get this to work with Order Confirmation or Pro Forma Invoice from the Customer Order screen.

Is anyone able to tell me what this error is? I get it when I click the plus sign on the contact in the CRM panel.

Hello all,  I’m curious to know if anyone has found a published changelog with details of what has been added/removed from IFS between updates? The log that comes with the notification contains a very general list of items moved to Aurena, etc. but there isn’t anything beyond that. I find that after we apply an update, there are a litany of items that have been added, some of which turn out to be very beneficial to our company. The issue is because there is no detailed log of what was updated/rolled out, we have no way of knowing unless we stumble upon it by accident.  Thank you!

  Dear all I’m working on a OIDC compliant integration with IFS and Okta (in my example) as Identity Provider. I managed to configure both EE and Aurena to be able to login. However, EE refuses to properly use the refresh token flow and crashes after some minutes. Has anyone some experience in this area? Many thanks Dominik

Hi all, I’ve created a new draft Purchase Order Crystal report - it pretty much got it’s design refreshed and re branded - all schema, data, report rules have been unchanged.  I’ve given it different name to the original (added _v1 at the end). I’ve put it into correct folders on the server and I have also added new info in Report Definitions but yet I’m still getting typical error:Any ideas what else I’m missing? This is so far within test instance of IFS. 

I  am trying to  add an image to Report Designer Layout (Client Version Apps 8  SP1 ) . As per  the F1 document image path has set . But getting this message while trying to save the image ?How can I fix this ?

I’m trying to create some custom fields for the SalesContract LU.  I understand that I have to activate the rowkey before I can publish the new fields. When I try to use the Direct option to activate the RowKey for the SalesContract LU, it aborts after 30 minutes.  I put the debug on and it shows “java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation. If I use the Background Job option, it gives me a popup application information message: “Request Aborted”, but the background job still appears in the list of jobs with a state of “executing”.  I can’t stop/kill it without asking the DBA to get involved. There’s only 3 Sales Contracts in the instance.  Why is the job taking so long and where do we adjust the timeout so it can run longer without stopping?  

Can we disable the new button/avoiding create new records in a custom Page?

Hi,   We are using third part app to capture the signature of truck driver and shipper . This signature gets attached to respective shipment via document management.We have connected both the signature with crystal report (bill of lading) but whenever we print the bill of lading crystal document , it shows black spot for both the signature. I checked database too and i found that images are storing as png and those images are also black. signature fields are dynamic data field and it changes as per the shipment   Do you have any turn around solution where we can print the signature clearly on the document ? 

Hi, F1 help not working on user machine, We are using APP9 and F1 help is working properly but some of IFS users are unable to open F1 Help(windows 10). I have configured the HOST file Remove all the cookies but still unable to access.
