We have a customer in Germany that requires .xml reporting for invoices.  We tried using a .rdl report from IFS to generate the .xml successfully.  However, the report shows our Parent US company name on it and not our subsidiary from Europe.  Even though the invoice is for the other Company (FR200)in IFS.  How do we update/fix the .rdl to have the Europe company name on the report instead of US? 

Have made changes to a data source, then the applicable element, cleared server cache and lobby cache (URL) with no luck.I know I must be missing something simple, but I do not know what it is. Sincerely,VK

Can someone point me to the technical document for creating a custom field in Aurena.I have one created and published in IEE - IFS10  , need to see that in Aurena Page designer…  looks like i am missing some small detail of matching projection or LU… Thanks

Question to any Apps10 customers hosted in the cloud. When you are hosted in the cloud, the only document management option is to store documents in the database.  AS time goes on and the number of stored documents grow, this causes longer back-up times and increased database size.Has anyone tried to moved out obsolete or retired documentation?

The excel file has an error, and there seems to be some connections to Business Reporter remaining.  If I download the same report from the report archive, it has the business reporter tab and I can export it with conditions to remove the BR connections.  When I email that, the report can be opened with Data and without errors.   Anyone seen this ?Thanks,bob

For some reason Search with Keywords does not functioning in APP10 Customer database. Is there any specific setup? 

We changed our MAIL_SENDER parameters to Office365 parameters. When I do a RMB and use Print Order en select Send E_MAIL to… this MAIL_SENDER is working. When I do a RMB and use E-MAIL order no E-MAIL is sent. I can see in the Firewall that nothing is even leaving the IFSAS server. Does anyone knows where to fix this problem? Thank you in advance!

Good afternoonWe are upgrading from IFS8 to IFS10. We noticed in IFS10 Quick Report output in Excel/CSV is adding 00:00 timestamp while the report column in IFS is only displaying Date.Same report IFS8 is working fine. no added timestamp when output to Excel. Can anyone point on how to fix this. I am thinking this could be some server setting that’s converting date to Long format. Your input will be valuable in this regards,Thanks

Hi, Has anyone used SAP crystal reports server (not ifs crystal web service) to automate emailing of reports. I’m getting an error when running reports with IFS data. It doesn't seem to be connecting to the database. Any information is greatly appreciated. -Mike

I had used an IAL on an crystal report.The crystal report runs from the REP view..  When I preview the report in Crystal reports I can see the values from IALBut when I view the same report with the same result key from IFS, the fields from IAL is displayed empty. P.S. I don’t get any error, just that the fields from IAL shows up in Crystal report and it does not show up in IFSCrystal Reports PreviewIFS Preview

We are migrating our business documents to IFS Report Designer and I have found the Signatures I am placing on the documents shrink depending on how much room is left at the bottom of the document.  In IFS documentation they refer to an Image property - Keep aspect ratio.  I do not have that as an Image property so not sure how to adjust the Signatures so they don’t shrink to an unreadable size.  IFS Report Designer v100.0.0003.  I have attached a word document with screen shots of the layout-image properties, normal image size if goes to 2nd page, shrunken image.  I have placed the image into a table, in a cell at the end of the document and have not set it to Keep with anything before or after it.  Would be great to include these types of issues in your documentation.

RMB à Properties à Advanced Uncheck not required menu items from checklist and click OK. In IFS Applications 10, Oracle Low Level security enhance the data segregation to the row level, and it is a good way to enhance it, when the customer requires a very detailed data segregation.I’d like to know if it is still valid in IFS Cloud, or in IFS Cloud it is a different strategy available

Hello,I am working on renaming our current Invoice PDF file to show Invoice No in its name, At present it is showing Result key. So far i tried to add from Xpath in the ‘Subject’ from the table, having no luck. it instead add date time and some random numbers that i can’t figure out.Does anyone have any experience with it. Does IFS even allow it?  At present we are in IFS8 but soon will be updating to IFS10. So if we can achieve this in IFS10 that will work too. Besides Report Rules can we approach it from some other windows?
