Hi,

Who do we contact when we cannot reach the IFS Portal? Friday I got this message. I have tried to find someone who can help. Still no result. 

I would have created a case in the Portal if it was possible. ;-)

The only other way I can suggest is to go to www.ifs.com and submit a question via the Contact page from the main website.

@ANBR , I assume you used the link https://portal.ifsworld.com/ ? For me it seems to be working. 

Only when I use the link https://support.ifsworld.com/login/unsecured/common/scripts/Logon.page, I get the same error like you. I think that’s the old link.

Yes, IFS Portal is finally available. I have tried a lot of times! No information. I have also submitted a question via the Contact Page and requested a better solution when it comes to information. It is not the first time we experience this and probably not the last. :-)
