Vertex Integration - Jurisdiction Code not fetched

Hi folks, 

We have a customer who did a vertex integration (O series - cloud version) with IFS APP 10. As per the IFS documentation, system supposed to bring the Jurisdiction Code from Vertex, but is functionality is not working. 

 

But when I create the customer order, IFS fetch the tax rates based on the address. 

 

 

 

Any help would be great.

Hi Sadeepa,

 

Im sure its probably resolved by now but for anyone else having issues with Vertex apps 10 integration and not receiving the jurisdiction code on the customer record.

As the customer is company independent then IFS uses the default site/company of the logged in user to determine whether to make the call to vertex. So the default company of the user needs to be set up to use vertex and then it should work.

Also remember to set the tax liability on the customer and company record to TAX.
