Database sessions ORA-00026 missing or invalid session id

In Database Sessions we have a long running session related to Business Reporter scheduled report that we wish to kill.The session id in Database Sessions is 642:  However, on RMB > Kill Session we receive the following error: I cannot see the session in Monitor Sessions in SQL Developer but can see the session when doing select from v$session : select * from v$session where sid = '642'  ;Using the SID and SERIAL#  I tried to kill the session:ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION '642,12109'I receive the following error:Error report -ORA-00026: missing or invalid session ID00026. 00000 -  "missing or invalid session ID"*Cause:    Missing or invalid session ID string for the current operation.*Action:   Retry with a valid session ID.Obviously, can see the session in FND_SESSION_RUNTIME How can I kill this session when it isn’t reported in Monitor Sessions and any attempt to kill the session report in the missing or invalid session id?

Extend Aurena page with custom LU

Hi Community, I’m trying to extend the Travel Expenses TravelExpensesEmployeeHandling projection by adding a new custom LU. My custom LU is a simple one which includes keys of the Expense header and a persistent field.  I extended the standard projection and added the association with key mappings Problem 1:I want to add these fields to My Expense Sheet Details page.I Created a new list, and try to add to MyExpenseDetailPage  Following error appearsAn internal server error occurred. Report PDF Inserts

HiCan some one guide us how to use the IFS PDF Inserts in a Order Report. We need to print few PDF documents mandatory with Purchase Order.  The document TEXT Phrases, is a bit of challenge to align the content as per the expectations.  Where are and how can we call a PDF insert in the report? Is this a configuration in the report designer tool, Or is it to be configured or updated in the solution manager /report definitions. RegardsVivek

Aurena Lobby not loading properly

Hi All,Something very weird is happening in Aurena Lobby.I created a lobby for Aurena and granted to a permission set.Sometimes when I login data is loaded properly without any problem at all then after 1 minute if I try to re login again the page cannot be loaded !! without anyone doing any modification at all   .did this happen with anyone before ? Thanks for your suggestions

Change IFS app server URL

How do we change the urls that the Apps 10 Weblogic server respond on?  For instance, if we use the FQDN get HTTPs responses but if we use just the hostname, we get a 403 Forbidden.  We do have DNS resolution to the host working properly and the installed SAN cert does validate the FQDN and hostname just fine, the issue is with the webserver configuration.

IFS9 - Oracle 12c 100% Ram - Active Separate API.

I was hoping someone could perhaps give me some pointers on why this issue is occuring and a possible resolution Issue – Active Separate API causes 100% RAM utilisation of the database serverIFSAPP9 Oracle 12C Server 2012R2 – 4vCPUs 32GB vRAM When a user saves a record in Active work order after assigning a person id, the issue occurs, where the session hangs for the user.  This does not happen consistently, at the moment it's occasional, random and has only occurred 5+ times in the last 3 months or so. Once the session hangs I can observe the session process from a SQL query and the only option is to terminate the process to free up the RAM using orakill or such. The Active seperate module continues to consume Ram over 10 - 30 minutes untill all the RAM has been consumed and the server then grinds to a halt.

Aurena Lobby Navigation with filter and scope

I have a lobby that navigates to a page using a filter:page/ShopOrderOperations/List?$filter=OrderNo eq $[ORDER_NO] and ReleaseNo eq $[RELEASE_NO] and SequenceNo eq $[SEQUENCE_NO]result:It is also working with a scrop:page/ShopOrderOperations/List;scope=Assign But I cannot get it to work with a combination. E.g.:page/ShopOrderOperations/List;scope=Assign;?$filter=OrderNo eq $[ORDER_NO] and ReleaseNo eq $[RELEASE_NO] and SequenceNo eq $[SEQUENCE_NO]  Anyone know how to (UDP10)?

Pdf with line spacing dependent of language

When I preview a purchase order selecting en or de as language I get different overall line spacing on the pfd generated.When selecting en (english) as language the line spaceing is larger  then when I select de (german).I use the same layout only selecting different language.I have no report rule that is formatting the layout.What else could format the  pdf differently depending on language?

Custom Fields - header in 2 lines

Hello,Maybe this is a simple one but I can’t figure it out.Is there a way to allow Custom Fields header to use 2 lines in the corresponding header?Please see below the header Project Name is split in 2 lines (this is a standard IFS field). However the 2 custom fields shown in the screenshot are not displayed in 2 lines. The Custom Fields are read only and the implementation type is select. We are on IFS 9 UPD17Many thanksMiguel

Unable to connect to the remote server, no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Hi, I initially posted this message on this topic, but it might be more appropriate to attempt to solve on a different discussion, since it is another type of error I am encountering. I am installing IFS 10 UPD10 as a demo environment on a Windows virtual machine hosted on Azure.Current setup:Oracle DBv12 IFS 10  UPD10 Self-certificate auto generated by the race packageI have done the process many times and often arrives to the following error… during one day I could launch IFS Aurena and IEE. ifs connect setup for sending e-mail

Good dayWe have IFS app8. we have a problem in setup for sending e-mail cust event and I guess it is related to SMTP sever configuration since the e-mail are stacked in C:\inetpub\mailroot\Queue folder. I have attached here some screen shots for the config of ifs connect and cust event, could someone support me on the issue?!Thanks

Error message in AURENA client: Cannot read property 'nativeElement' of undefined

For customers below APP10 UPD 10 , when opening Aurena client pages, below error can be observed in the console Error stack:Cannot read property 'nativeElement' of undefinedTypeError: Cannot read property 'nativeElement' of undefined This issue will be solved by LCS bug id 156817 which is a framework group patch  included in UPD 11.However as per the R&D recommendations, this patch should be applied along with either UPD 10 or UPD 11 and cannot apply as a single patch.

Middleware Services Restarting

In one of our development environment, the MainServer1 service seems to restart at the top of every hour.  This makes the environment inaccessible until the service finishes restarting and returns to a status of running. Any ideas what would cause this or how to fix it? NOTE: We have a second development environment on this same server and do not have this issue with the services on this environment. Thanks!

Send one email if multiple rows are added to a table

Me again! Hi!I’m not sure the best way to go about this. I tend to over-complicate things!As everyone is aware, app messages write to the FNDCN_Application_Message_TAB. For a very specific type of error, I need an email to go out and say “look at this record - it has an error”. I set up a custom API that writes those very specific messages to a new table. I can set up a scheduled task to run every hour to fill that table, and then set up an email to run when there are new records added, but that would mean getting one email per record, not per incident. One thing failing could affect dozens and dozens of records and write mass amounts of data to the table. I need a way to somehow send every message but not each in its own email.Thoughts?
