After upgrade to 24R1 i receive this information toaster message occasionally. I always get them when i log in, and then approximately one time each 10 minute. Message says “Unable to subscribe to notifications. You will not receive new notifications”. However i do still receive notifications. This issue is from a customer environment, and i have not seen it in other environments on 24R1. At least some other users have the same issue. Any ideas on why i get this message?  

Hello, we sometimes have an issue about calling a specific event which runs an http request, sometimes, IFS takes a lot of time to execute the event. How can we reduce this time execution? Thanks 

Hello.I’m trying to understand an event action but some informations I need are missing.So basically, we have a custom event which sends an email with an attached PDF file but the PDF file needs a review.This is the custom event that I could find :  But how is generared the PDF file? As I’m now discovering IFS cloud, I think we are on 24R2, by clicking on technical documentation on the main menu, the 24R2 version is selected by default.

Hi mates,Iam recieving Invalid parameter: redirect_uri When trying to access the Scheduling workbench, after activating the Scheduling Configuration Optimization. Test Connection is successful. Hi,I tried to explore entity in IFS Developer Studio. I just made a small sample, added 2 attributes then generated code and deployed. But I met error during deploying. It seems the table was not created and deployed.My attributesThen generated code and deployedI got error and there was no table in DB. Any advice or reference materials on this would be greatly appreciated.

In IFS Developer Studio, I’ve got one module with a few entities and a couple utilities in it. The utilities depend on the entities, but when I try to create a topic environment, it’s not deploying in the correct order. Hei All,We are deploying IFS-INGRESS using main.ps1. The installation completes successfully without any errors. However, the pods fail to start and show a "Failed to pull image" error. Upon further investigation, we found that the specified image pull secret is missing in the IFS-INGRESS namespace, and we are not sure why it was not created.Has anyone encountered a similar issue? We added the missing secret manually, which resolved the problem, but we’d like to understand the exact root cause.

Hi, When I try to build transformer model file, I’m getting this below mentioned MAVEN dependency error. Transformer modelBUILD resultI tried adding repository to the POM.xml file as IFS documentation says (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/21r2/050_development/024_integration/015_connect/050_transformer/550_maven_http_deprecated/). Is it possible to add an alert or banner type element to a page? We need to put a message on the screen to tell users what to do. But it needs to be big and bold...  

I want to add a Navigation command group on a sub-section of Inventory Part On Hand Development.  In the screenshot below, the “header” section has an option for Commandgroups (yellow), but the sub-section that contains all of the information, Inventory Part Onhand Develop List, does not have an option for Commandgroups (red line).  Is it possible to add a Command group here?

Hello,I was trying to find if it’s possible to configure K8s ephemeral storage value for a deployment of an service in the ifscloud-values.yaml file.Specifcally I need to change ephemeral-storage value to ~16G for ifsapp-reporting-ren deployment in our IFS Cloud instance. Some pods has been crashing due to Eviction caused by exceeding the limit of ephemeral storage.Changing it via: kubectl edit deploy ifsapp-reporting-ren -n "NAMESPACE"after every delivery deployment could be frustrating and our team can easily forget about this step.Offical documentation only mentions replicas paramter:I couldn’t find values for k8s deployment requests and limits...Maybe there is some way to configure it to be constant, so that delivery installation will not erase it ?  

I’m testing new 25R1 functionality “Data Access Control” and creating a simple ACL that prevents users from modifying specific records in an Entity (in my case in AbcClass).I’m able to set condition on attribute AbcClass and that prevent ALL users from editing record for Class A but I want to add condition that some users (or user groups) are allowed to do that.So - I’m trying to use “Predefined Parameters” SESSION_USER and SESSION_USER_IN_GROUPS but in that case, “Save” button is not activated for some reason.Question is how those “Predefined Parameters” can be used? Hi All, Currently, we are trying to enable public access to the application. However, when accessing it from a local machine, the URL is showing as unsecure, and the certificate CN is different—the one listed belongs to the ingress.  When accessing the application via the Management server or through the private network (by routing directly to the Middle Tier private IP), the application works fine.Has anyone experienced this kind of issue previously?

Hi all, our Customer is planning to have a 3 Node IFS Cloud Middle Tier Cluster and has asked for the Sizing of the three nodes. The available sizing for the Remote Deployment is based on a single Node Installation, and seems a bit high, when having 3 Nodes. The Customer has round about 300 concurrent Users. Do you have any Sizing, and also a recommendation how to scale the IFS Cloud Pods along the Cluster? Thank you in advance. Best RegardsMarion

Hi,We’ve recently began using Aurena in Apps10 for some departments, rather than EE, but we have an intermittent issue where users see this error when they log in sometimes.Database error occurred. Hello! I’m supposed to build a new delivery for an IFS10 customer, but for some reason I cannot seem to open the IFS Config Builder 10 tool at all. I’ve tried on multiple different machines, but the issue seems to persist. I also tried to download the latest version from developer.ifs.com, but get the same error. Opening the IfsConfigBuilder.exe immediately crashes, and no program is opened. Will it be possible to use progress field at the Page Designer level in future versions of IFS Cloud?In 25R1 you can set control as “progress”, but you cannot complete the parameterization.

From what I checked in version 25R1, it is impossible to make more complicated filters.For example:condition1 AND (condition 2 OR condition3) (condition1 AND condition2) OR (condition3 AND condition4)Will this be possible in the next versions?

Hi,We are currently using Event Actions to send email from IFS and want to move to Report Rules for the greater flexibility offered and because it’s the IFS recommended way of sending email.Taking Customer Orders as an example:We want all of our emails to be driven from the Share - Email Order Confirmation screen which is opened when hitting Share - Email Order Confirmation (funnily enough!!):Hitting OK generates the Customer Order Confirmation report PDF and emails the report to 123@email.com as expected.The problem comes when printing the Order Confirmationwhich brings up this screen (I’ll call it the Print Dialog screen):If you hit OK then the Report Rule will run and will email the report to 123@email.com. We don’t want this. Ignore the Email box in the picture above, that is a different issue and doesn’t affect the question. What is needed is a condition on the Report Rule that prevents it from sending an email if the Report Rule has been fired from the Print Dialog screen.Our bes
