I keep getting the error "SE_UNAUTHORIZED" message "Insufficient priviliges" Internal:2
I have checked community articles "https://community.ifs.com/warehouse-data-collection-wadaco-252/ifs-cloud-scan-it-app-logging-error-54056?tid=54056&fid=252"
and "https://community.ifs.com/ifs-cloud-mobile-apps-388/ifs-cloud-mobile-apps-for-ifs-cloud-25r2-ga-release-63966?tid=63966&fid=388"
Checked following in general:
Scanit is active and allows multiple devices. The wadaco_mobile_user is entered in Security Group and is under Security group "ScanIt". SiteVirtual is available with actions create, update and delete.
In the projections Action Grant only the InitUserSession is on 'No'. The security cache was cleared. SiteVirtual error message pops-up when logging in with IFSAPP user.
Checked by item:
| 1. Basic connection for login 2. ScanIt applicaiton 3. IAM authentication 4. Permission sets for user 5. ScanIt Security Group 6. Mobile App User 7. Device registration 8. Initialisation (Sync Tasks) 9. Moble Apps User logs 10. Synchronized entities 11. Synchronization rules 12. Entity Details

Found to be evaluated:
1 START_PICKING configuration 2 is on Editable
• Not yet released.
2. In projections action grant the InitUserSession is on 'No'
• Unknown if this entry should be on 'Yes' and how to do that.
3. Second Scan It-login gives SE_UNAUTHORIZED
• despite correct mobile registration & succesfull first initialization.
4. No new Mobile App User Details-log upon error
• error seems to arise before the normal mobile-app logging.
5. No clear IFS_aurena_native LOGIN-event visible in Login Events
This is on 25R1 SU15
Google Pixel 8a with Android version 17
Getest met ScanIt app (android) from Play Store version '25.11.1639.0' & 26.9.4708.0 (Pro)
Any ideas how to solve this ‘SE_UNAUTHORIZED‘ error?
