Has anyone enabled Near-Zero Downtime in their IFS Cloud environments yet?
We’re moving to 26R1 and have already uplifted our customizations to support the new framework. However, when we raised a case with IFS, we were informed that they’re currently unable to enable Near-Zero Downtime for us.
I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has already enabled it:
- Have you experienced any issues so far?
- How long does a typical delivery take?
- What kind of downtime are you seeing in practice?
- Has anyone had a delivery where the application didn’t go down at all?
Any real-world experience or lessons learned would be really helpful. IFS documentation mentions that Delivery Continuity is currently under controlled rollout, so I’m particularly interested in hearing from customers/partners who already have it enabled.
