Exporting/sharing data

Hi all,Are there any possibilities that we can setup some data-export within the application?For example if we want to export data from a view (or table), like:select * from plant_objectIf possible, can we set the desired format (XML, JSON etc...), and can we make this to execute automatically using some sort of scheduled job? Thanks in advance!

Parameters for lobbies

Hi, we’ve just went live in our first division with IFS Apps 10 Aurena. Users are struggling with lobby parameters and knowing what are valid options, or what the system is expecting to show them data. Are there any guides or documentation on the built in lobbies? This would be very helpful.

E-Tags - HTTP requests in Power Apps

Hi,When executing requests to API end points, whats the format of e-tags that is allowed.ive used an api imported to power apps where a sucessful patch request’s etag was like belowW/”{keynumber}”but with a http request in power apps, the request ends up likeW/\”{keynumber}\” the 2 \ characters are preventing the request from being completed, is the API’s back end setup to handle these characters?because leaving them in times the request out with a ‘internal server error’ and no real information on how to resolve the issue Kind regards, Brian

Transfer from Sales Quotations to Business opportunity

I would like to make a Custom Menu item to allow the user to transfer from a line within the overview window Sales Quotations (tbwOrderQuotationOverview) to the associated Business Opportunity.  The Business Opportunity Number is stored in the ORDER_QUOTATION view, but it is not displayed in tbwOrderQuotationOverview.  When I try to create the Create Window with Transfer, it goes to the Business Opportunity window, but it is blank.Does anyone know how to make this work?

Contact Info tab under Contact tab in Supplier screen

Hi, From case G1619382, I came to know that the below (Contact Info sub tab) is available only if the SRM component is installed in App9. I have checked several App9 environments, and I made sure that it is true.sub tabs are available in an instance where SRM component is installed Sub tabs are not available in instances where SRM is not installed However my problem is that >» if those sub tabs are available only if the SRM is installed, why the component is shown as “CRM” for those sub tabs in System Info ? Are the system info incorrect for that LU ? (because these tabs are not available even though the CRM is installed, but SRM is not)Any idea why the system info shows as “CRM” for the component for those sub tabs ? (I have also noticed that a new component called RMCOM (Relationship Management Common) has been introduced for App10 and these tabs in both Suppler and Customer have been included in that component) Maybe someone from IFS Framework team would know the reason. Thank yo

Toolbar chart is a default view?

I have a user who has managed to save the chart view (from the toolbar) as a default on the Supplier invoice analysis screen.  So they always have to either select the chart button or F8 shortcut to revert to the correct default screen.Any ideas how to revert this?

Is there a Way to Automate an Output Channel?

Created on behalf of a customer.I am looking to find out if there is a way to trigger the output to CSV for:Application Base Setup > General Data > CoordinatorsI can from the context menu, select Output > output to CSV, but I want to output it or “save as” to a location in an automated fashion.can you advise if there is a way to do this? Or is there a way I can trigger the SQL report that generates this? If so, can you provide the SQL code for this report? Can I create a connection from PowerShell or other scripting language, so the output can be used in another process?

IFS Login system for Power Apps

Hi, Would like to ask if there has been any efforts to produce an IFS connector for Power Apps, more specifically for a login process to the system? I am currently trying to design an app for an IFS cloud environment and have ran into a few walls along the way.  The app manages deliveries and uploads signatures to each customer order (access to these api’s are completed and program works as intended) But my app lacks a LOGIN page to prevent access to the already authorized and connected oAuth2.0 based connections which are used by the API requests.  From what I understand so far;Browser accessing IFS Cloud Aurena:-GET request returns the login page’s html and javascript’sUser enters creds and clicks ‘login’POST request is sent containing RAW username and password in the body(see below for post request extracted from fiddler4 - editted for data protection)--------------And finally a 302 response is received from IFS Cloud suggesting the credentials were correct. Could someone point me i

How to call Database Task from Custom Menu

Hi All, We have custom Procedure in Custom Package [C_Payroll_PKG.C_Run_payroll ], this procedure i need to give our users to execute it. Basically this procedure takes more than 3 hrs to run, therefore i created database take to call this procedure. Now i want the user to run this database task via custom menu. I created the cusom menu with the following:Action Type: PL/SQL BlockPL/SQL Block:declarev_job_no number;beginifsapp.dbms_job.submit (v_job_no , ‘C_Payroll_PKG.C_Run_Payroll’,sysdate);end;when i press Test button to check it, i got the following Error:FNDSQLFORBIDDEN: Forbidden PLSQL code rejected: “DBMS_JOB” ..If its not possible to run db job from custom  menu and advice aproach you are suggesting??Regards,Nasser Al-Shabibi

Aurena - Select all lines, even the not visible ones

Hi, I’d like to select all the lines but when I click on the button below, it only selects the default displayed lines (24). There are many other lines that I’d like to select in order to copy and paste somewhere else. I have like hundrers of lines so I would prefer to avoid pressing in select more line in the bottom of the screen until reaching my number as it can take many many clicks to get tot the end thanks for the helpghita

Aurena - When query not all results are shown

We are on App10 UPD 10. The question is not only for finance, it is valid all functions in the application.In Aurena when you run a query the list of result is filtered and only show the first 20-25 rows.To see more we have to scroll down select see more, and do that over and over again.How can we get Aurena to show all results in one go instead?

Apps9: How can i tell how many users are logged on?

I am trying to get an average of the number of users logged on at any one time but struggling a bit.Noticed in the administrator lobby there is an element that counts current users but when i try to query that view I get no results. select * from FND_CLIENT_LOGON Can anyone suggest a way?

Custom Fields Not Showing when navigating from Lobby

Hi community,We are using App9.We have a issue related to custom fields are not showing in the page layout when navigating from a lobby. This seems to be taking the standard layout.But, if the same user navigate to the page from Navigator, the custom fields are showing with custom layout.What could be the reason for this?ThanksGayan
