Recent Pages in Cloud - what is the logic for arrangement?

Version 22.2.1Looking at the Recent Pages, what determines the arrangement of the pages? In EE, it was logical, left-to-right then top-to bottom.In Cloud, I just moved from Document Revision to Technical Drawing, and my recent pages looks like this.

Integrate via Boomi Connector

Hello,We are thinking to implement an integration using Boomi Connectors and  are new to this.The integration is to be triggered when user clicks on RMB in IFS10 application.Using PLSQL_REST_Sender_API I can implement by logic and redirect the data via routing rules and address(connector) , but can I implement something like this using Boomi Connector , i.e, via RMB or event . Regards,Thej

App10 Aurena vs IEE

Hi, Our customer is looking for the differences between app10 Aurena and IEE. Not the technical differences or not the other things like search and replace, sticky notes, commands, configurations etc. We are looking for the differences in EE windows and Aurena pages. Specially looking for missing pages in Aurena. For example, History Log, Data Migration, Custom objects, Object connections, etc screens are missing in App10 Aurena. Like that are there missing pages related to Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, etc.? Hi I created a Quick report in IFS CLOUD which was executing earlier and off late it started giving the following error when I enabled the debug console and checked the error.  when I searched this error the following are pointing to encrption and decryption of process. Wish to get some help from Forum members on how to get this resolved  ThanksDBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT - Ask TOM (oracle.com) The quick report is fetching information regarding payroll. The IFS packages are using  DBMS_Obfuscation_Toolkit functions that needs some fixes (Server Error) invalid input length for obfuscation toolkit Database error occurred. Aurena - Report Default Layouts

Hello,We are adding a international site to our company in IFS. For each site, we’d like to have a default report layout be displayed. We’ve written report rules in IEE and they successfully default according to our rule parameters: SITE (CONTRACT).In Aurena, when the report rule is inactive (or no report rule), print dialog displays the default layout for all sites However, when the report rule is active, the default layout that displays in Aurena is blank. This is our first rollout with Aurena. I cannot find a similar screen for report rules. Custom Projection cannot be removed from ACP

Dear all, we observe the following situation:after publishing a LU which is in an ACP:--> Custom Projection AND Custom Projection Config will be createdadd custom projection to ACP in Aurena: → beside custom projection config, a custom projection will be added, too.remove custom LU from ACP → custom LU is removedremove custom projection config from ACP in Aurena: → result: custom projection config has been removed and can be added to differing ACP ERROR: custom projection remains in ACP and cannot be moved to any other ACPWhy does the system offer a custom projection AND a custom projection config?How can the user move the custom projection between ACPs?Thank you! Mattis

IFS Print Agen database session from the IFSAPP-ODATA pod IFS cloud 22r1 SU 3

Hi, we have an situation at an customer that has installed 15 print agents. If we look into database session we get 15 sessions constantly active session true the IFSAPP-ODATA pod, knowing that the IFSAPP-ODATA pod only have 25 sessions in the connection pool it seems unreasonable that al the 15 IFS print agent should should consume 15 of the 25 session in the connection pool? Is this the correct behavior from the IFS print Agent?

IFS Cloud Import Permission Set

Hi,I have exported a permission set from an IFS Cloud Instance. And when trying to import it to another IFS Cloud instance, I select ‘Finish’, then it spins, and then bring back the same screen. How do I proceed from here?  Thank You & Best Regards

Your System Administrator has not Granted Permission to Complete that Action

I have created an End User Permisssion set will Full access. When the End User navigates to any screen with details the following message appears No Access (Your System Administrator has not Granted Permission to Complete that Action). I have reviewed the documentation that was provided on this site and added the suggestions to resolve this issue. Still nothing.

Quick report errors with entity instance not found

Apps 10A user has reported that when he tries to print a highlighted tool request in the Tools Request screen, it fails with this msg: But the report is OK, because if I try to run it, it works correctly and produces the report on the screen.I am assuming it is a permissions issue, but I have hunted around various permission sets, and cannot see what controls the access to run this or any other quick report. I have tried using the debug console, but nothing at all is written there when this user tries to run it. Where does the access for users to run any quick report and then a specific report get set in Apps 10 please? This is not being scheduled as a background job, it should appear in the screen directly after choosing the Print Highlighted… option with the right mouse button. Thanks

Is there a log in the MWS for any calls made to Biz API services ?

Is there some sort of log that can be enabled in the IFS App 10 MWS that we can look for any calls made to Biz API services ? Not for errors, just to check if a call was made to one of the services directly. The calls are made to the service and we do not use any of the readers.The problem is the customer says they see duplicate connectivity in box messages randomly for some of the calls (the Biz APIs create a connectivity in messages). We are unable to replicate the issue in our environment and these Biz APIs have been running for a  long time in App 8 and has been upgraded to 10 now. The calls to the services are made from an external application the customer has developed. We tried replicating using Soap UI.

Time Difference in Log Files of Server

Recurring Error at ManagedServer

Hello,The app is getting an error every hour(08:00-09:00-10:00… etc.). And it loses connection with the database.I checked the server logs(log file is attached). At the same time, I can see the error details. But I don't understand what caused the error.Any ideas?I can share what's curious. RegardsBarış

Ifs cloud database login issue

Hi,I can login to the application as IFSAPP and work without issue, but I can't use the same credentials to login to the DB.IFSAPP is not in the dba_users table either. How can we resolve the issue?I need to run SQL queries against the database that the application is using.I logged in as Sys and tried as ifsapp.XXXXX, but it also wasn't working.
