Hello to all,I would like to be able to insert a line with BPA in the "Customer" screen, "Sales" tab, "Pricelist per Price Group" sub-tab.I use this web service: main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomerHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='CUSTOMER_NAME')/CustOrdCustomers(CustomerId='CUSTOMER_NAME')/CustomerPricelistArrayThe problem is that in BPA, I don't see where to add the notion "CustomerPricelistArray" ? : This is a request that I have a problem with to set up a customization for one of our customers.Is it a limitation of the system? Thank you. 

Hiwe have an issue where we have ran the service update from 22.2.2 to 22.2.6. There are some errors in the database logs. I’m having an issue in Cloud 22.2.3 where i cannot import a ACP or a single file with a larger size.ClientMetadata.client:SalesContract file is 2225KB and when trying to import as a single file following error comes./main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AppConfigPackageHandling.svc/ImportConfigVirtualSet(Objkey='F986A4AE44D419D3E053E525EC0A2833')/IfsApp.AppConfigPackageHandling.ImportAcpVirtual_ImportFinishError while serializing contents.This error happens when the server cannot serialize the data to be sent to the client.A common cause is that one attribute's length exceeds the defined maxlength in the projection.To find more info, open Log Window or Debug Console, refresh and then check Network Tab in DevTools. In the response there can be more detailed information about the exception.When i try with ACP it doesn’t enable next button to even import.Any fixes(bug ids) for this lately in new versions? or workaround except clearing

We are testing 22R2 and we are running into a error when trying to add a charge line.You can add the line but as soon as you try to put the price in, it errors out.Any ideas on this?

Hello,Currently, almost all of our customer orders automatically have their pick lists created and printed when the customer order status gets changed to reserved. This is what we want to have happen for all customer orders, but customer orders with the supply code of “Purch Ord Trans” do not get printed.Even when we receive items in stock for these orders, their pick lists still do not get automatically created.I have tried creating workflows, using scheduled database tasks, but nothing seems to trigger these pick lists to create. On the “Create pick list for customer order” screen, there are always a handful of pick list that we need to manually create by clicking “create pick list” on them. =Is there a work around for this? Any and all advise would be appreciated.Thanks,Bryan 

We have a custom action connected to the tool and equipment entity.  This entity is connected through a standard entity connection to Work Assignments.   We need to use the custom action, to assign the tool to the work task that the work assignment belongs to.   Therefore we need to see if there is a way to connect the parameters of the custom action with the data coming from two different entities.  In EE, we can achieve this using  :i_hWndParent and the field name to link the parent entity from the form fields.  Is there a way to reference the on screen fields in a similar way in Aurena? We would like to have the same functionality in both interfaces.

I have developed a function for projection and trying to test the service in the Postman. The function looks like thisThis is a structure type parameter. When trying to invoke such function I get an error from the server. I tried to send the parameter as Json object but still get same error.Does IFS supports a function call which takes structure parameter?

Hi all, Currently using IFS Cloud, to onboard a new employee our IT department must navigate to upwards of a dozen separate screens. (Setup Permissions, add them as a salesperson, add document management, etc).Previously in Apps 9 there was a single screen that handled all of this, that had dropdowns for each of the categories. Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot, but it was under the User creation screen. In Cloud, all of these screens are separated and there is no 1 view of the user account as a whole. Is there any view similar to the one in apps 9? Or would this have to be built out as a customization? Thanks,Matt

Curious why IFS limits characters here?  I get a 15-18 character limit for the actual / final value (in this case would be 36, but it’s a bit limiting to have a feature that allows for in-place arithmetic but with short limits into the actual text box (25-50 would be more appropriate).   A use case would be a calculation like  120000.37 + 12111.75 → which is not allowed because of the current character limit. this particular place is in the manual voucher entry page but we can see this occur in other places as well.      

We use project connection for all PO lines, and if somebody forgets to connect a line to a project activity, the resulting error message says “Code Part xx must have a value...” because this is the first error the system finds when checking the pre posting.For our users this does not make much sense, so I would like to change the text to something like “PO Line must be connected to a project activity”.Does anyone know how this can be done?

Hi All,Assume we need to call a third party REST API with OAuth2.How do we do this using Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_EndPoint_Json or using similar methods in package Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.There are parameters http_req_headers_,query_parameters_ and also auth_params_ in these methods so I guess it can be a combination of above parameters OR just using auth_params_.Does anyone have an example on how to do this?i.e. How do we specify values related to oAuth2 authorization?UPDATE:I found that this can be achieved by using Routing Address.  There should be a way to handle this in the code as well but still not sure how to do it.
