Hello,
I am trying to add notes to shop orders, either the header level notes, the material part line item notes, document text notes, etc, but nothing appears in the SHOP_ORDER_REP view when querying it. There are note columns for shop orders but none get populated no matter what. I cannot add the Shop Order to the documents list to add document text to it (and have that print out on reports) either as IFS does not support that functionality (shocker).
Is there any way to get across any kind of user-inputted notes? I wanted to add information to shop orders that way as the custom fields you create dont appear on reports without backend modifications…
any and all input would be appreciated.
