My components are not populating after connecting to oracle database.
The components folder contains the modules you have in the workspace folder in your project folder.
If you are changing reports you need to have at least one .report file on disk for the module to show up.
If you have fetched the files after starting Developer Studio you might need to do refresh on the Components folder via RMB choice on the folder for it to show up.

Try Refreshing Folders RMB option and Refresh Mode cache and Code Completion cache.
