Hi,I am facing an issue while using Product PM Request Generation.Goal: I need to schedule a task for a place every Monday in a month. To achieve this, I am using Product PM Request Generation.Problem: The system successfully creates four tasks for the month, but all tasks are generated with the same Task ID instead of unique Task IDs. Ideally, each task should have a different Task ID.Could you please guide me on where to check this configuration to ensure that each scheduled task gets a unique Task ID?ThanksAkshay

Hello, Can anyone provide some context and detail on the Skills options/settings in the PSO ARP please? How are the “In use costs” and In use multipliers” best used?What are their designed use cases?What are the recommended settings for trial usage? I am hoping they can help us solve an issue: When we need to utilize a large crane truck, we hope to add more similar (crane dependent) work onto that same run for the day. This should of course be balanced against excessive travel distances to achieve similar work, but when using such a vehicle, it pays to maximise its specialist application, and then perhaps not use it at all on other runs. This would be better than needing to use the large crane truck every day for just 1 crane specific job a day. While other service work which does not require a crane truck can be done from that large crane asset, it is a better use of vehicles to use them primarily for their designed function.Thanks

Hi, Is anyone familiar with this error we are receiving when trying to delete any resource from a few specific groups, but not all groups,  under the PERSONS tab in Resource Details?  We have checked/compared all the set up and we are clearly missing something.     ResourceDetails/PersonGroupForm (server error)Database error occurred. Hi,I set up commit rules, but I cannot see them working.What should I do to make them work? Is it possible to commit activities for next 20 days?The image below shows the commit rules I set up.  Even after sending the full load, it is not committing the task for today.

Hi,  As mentioned in the title, I had tested the eform termination for a configured workflow where when you fill in the survey, the work should be incomplete.The filters were added for planning information: This setup worked as expected. The incomplete prompt came up after completing the survey.  Then I was testing with setting the Filters based on the object information: The action flow was added with termination eform similar to above: This did not prompt the incomplete after completing the eform.  Could this be a bug? I also tested the same with the WF that worked (11) by removing the planning information and adding object information as filters which confirmed the termination only applied for planning information.  Thank you!

FSM to PSO via SmartclientWith multiple datasets in PSO, it seems that PSO is changing activity type colours/colors from one dataset to another. We want consistent activity type colors across all datasets. Looking at activity types in PSO, there aren’t any color customizations. This is an Install in one dataset, colored by Activity Type in the Gantt: And this is an Install in another dataset:There are no colors set in PSO for Activity Types:Guessing there is a simple explanation, something just got missed somewhere. Does anyone know why PSO is showing different colors for activity types in different datasets? Users have said they haven’t changed any local/personal settings. Worst case we can do a RAM change to select specific colors by activity type by dataset, but curious why we would have to do that and why PSO activity type colors are not consistent across all datasets. Hi all,We are having some issues regarding PSO activities AutoDuration.We have defined the following PSO parameter:           AutoDurationEnabledByDefault = FALSE In the PSO menu "Activity Types", we have defined the tab Auto Duration Enabled as FALSE for all activity types.   Despite having these parameters configured correctly, PSO is still adjusting the activities' durations, making them shorter or longer.Is there a parameter we might have missed? If not, can anyone help us understand why the durations are still being altered? Thank you, everyone.

PSO shows the resources incorrectly as available when they are not. PSO Region filters are not respecting the availability times.  It shows resource in Region if ANY past or future-dated availability exists. Current functionalityWe have 4 resources assigned to region AA1A. One resource is only available from 5/5/2025 – 5/25/2025. (This is filtered by adding the ‘valid from’ and ‘valid to’ dates in the scheduling resource regions). In PSO we are filtering the resources assigned to region AA1A and available for the next 7 days. The result still shows the resource who is only available in May as well, which is incorrect. The same issue exists when we use availability patterns as well.  Current time filter only applies to the resource shifts. This needs to be fixed so it will consider the availability of the regions as well, if filtered by the region

In PSO 6.13 and now 6.14, we are noticing that when recurring (daily, weekly, etc.) unavailabilities are created in PSO, the info and display on the Gantt is consistently skewed by 33m52s.  Has anyone seen this or can anyone offer ideas as to where this might be coming from? Thanks,Richard Gantt info Unavailability on resource

 Facing a problem with an image in a custom report.As we need to draw a sketch on paper and take a photo of this drawing and put it in the report in a large space, we are losing resolution.Attached you can find the screen shot for the reference. The requirement is to capture picture and upload that.Do you have any solution what we can do to ensure that the photo doesn't lose resolution and is clear?Please suggest Thanks and regards Aishwarya Mishra

Hi, If a work task is transferred to a technician & he finishes his assignment using MWO, the assignment status becomes Completed but work task status is sometimes Work done & sometimes remain work started only. What’s the reason behind this? I want the manger to manually mark the task to work done. Also, can a new status be added in the list?

I want to disable my Scheduling Optimization Triggers relating to Pso_Service_Integration because they cause a failure in BPA Workflow (there is an implicit commit in the code).Assuming the customer uses Dispatch Console but not PSO, are there any issues here?

 I have 2 global codes (NOTE_TYPE_A and NOTE_TYPE_B). NOTE_TYPE_A is the parent code name for NOTE_TYPE_B.I have 2 combo boxes that populate their values; however, combo box B (NOTE_TYPE_B) is not dependent on combo box A (NOTE_TYPE_A).I have followed this link but it is still not working for me  

In the Person_Mobile table, the device OS version is stored (we are using iOS). However, we have seen where the mobile device has had recent iOS updates in the field but the iOS version is not updating in the tables. Is anyone aware of any iOS issues with FSM6 after a certain iOS update? We are in FSM 6u26.This is low hanging fruit here but we do use this data in a report to stay in compliance with our Mobile Device audits. Thanks,Daniel
