I’m getting the following information message when I enter the dispatch console:

 

 

 

We have an active dataset.

 

there are no available active datasets in the user settings of the dispatch console.

 

Is this a permissions issue?  Dispatch console works in other environments.  Or am I missing something in the setup?

Did you check the Dispatch Console Dataset Access page? Also look at page 196 in Scheduling Demystified. 


Thank you Alexander.  We had setup the Dispatch Console Dataset Access but the User Access Group was hidden in a sub menu.

 

 

I have now applied a user access group.
