We have a customer experiencing an issue with MWO Service Notes on iOS that is not happening on Android
Android – The Note display area expands to display the entire text and, once the entire screen is filled, it becomes scrollable. This allows the greatest possible visibility given the size of the device.
iOS – The note only displays within a box with no outline, and the only way to read it is to scroll the text within that small box. This makes it easy to miss content and not get the full scope of work.
These notes are used extensively to communicate scope of work and actions performed between the field and the office. The limited visibility of the notes on iPhones is a significant hinderance in being able to fully use these notes.
The company policy is that field techs use iPhones to interact with the MWO.
IFS is suggesting fixing this in 25R2.
