Hello, Our client is a Apps 9 customer using PSO version 6.9.0.18. They would like to upgrade to the latest PSO version or the PSO version 6.13.0.73 And my question is if this version is compatible for Apps9 and also for IFS Cloud.

Hi community,  Is it possible to add several Service organization on request contract ? Indeed, as you can see in the screen below, the tab “valid service organizations” is available but it is not possible to add another one.  Is this a bug, a future improvement ? Please let me know if you have any information.  Regards,

We are using FSM SmartClient Release: 6 Update 29 Build: 8961to send scheduling tasks (activities) to PSO 6.13.0.62. FSM sends tasks to field ops via FSM Mobile. We have multiple datasets in PSO. We also use appointment booking in FSM. Things have been working relatively OK for some time now, however several days ago we suddenly lost visibility to the PSO Scheduling Resources Gantt view for one dataset and see that the FSM schedule nightly process PSO DAILY INITIALIZE has errored out for that dataset since this past Saturday. We’ve tried to do the initialize manually through Maintain Dataset but that doesn’t work either.At this point FSM is no longer able to generate the overnight LOAD file for that dataset to synch FSM and PSO. For that dataset we get this error on the Gantt screen (you can see that when we select that particular dataset from the Dataset drop down, the result displays as “No dataset”):That dataset is configured correctly in both Modelling and Scheduling Datasets confi

Hi IFS community,  have a client where there is a request to automatically force the users to relogin after there is a deployment done. I know there are 2 app parameters that related to this : CLIENT_TIMEOUT and SESSION_TIMEOUT but these parameters are not automatically forcing the users to timeout in the WebClient version.The IFS Release on FSM is Release: 6 Update 29Release: 6 Update 29. Have also found a perform message that works in FSM Smart Client version but not in WebClient: <perform_logout_person>  <parameters>    <person_id> @person_id </person_id>  </parameters></perform_logout_person> So, does anyone know of a way to force a user to logout or relogin after we perform a deployment on an environment? Thanks!

Hi There,Could someone please help me with this issue. I have created a obstructive maintenance work which can be clearly seen in the both visual shop order operation planning as well as smart manufacturing planning board. This obstructive work is overloading the work center on which the operations are already planned. So, now as per MSO functionality, the operations need to reschedule for the other days where work center is available but this is not happening after finite scheduling and operations are getting loaded on the days of maintenance work.Also attached the MSO load file for further reference.   Regards,Mithun K V

I’m wondering if there is a way to have approved Absence/PTO requests appear in the Dispatch Console? Currently, managers have to create Misc Resource Allocations so that it appears in the DC and the technician doesn't get scheduled during that approved Absence. Not sure if this is native functionality or if configuration is needed?

Hi,I am facing an issue while using Product PM Request Generation.Goal: I need to schedule a task for a place every Monday in a month. To achieve this, I am using Product PM Request Generation.Problem: The system successfully creates four tasks for the month, but all tasks are generated with the same Task ID instead of unique Task IDs. Ideally, each task should have a different Task ID.Could you please guide me on where to check this configuration to ensure that each scheduled task gets a unique Task ID?ThanksAkshay

Hello, Can anyone provide some context and detail on the Skills options/settings in the PSO ARP please? How are the “In use costs” and In use multipliers” best used?What are their designed use cases?What are the recommended settings for trial usage? I am hoping they can help us solve an issue: When we need to utilize a large crane truck, we hope to add more similar (crane dependent) work onto that same run for the day. This should of course be balanced against excessive travel distances to achieve similar work, but when using such a vehicle, it pays to maximise its specialist application, and then perhaps not use it at all on other runs. This would be better than needing to use the large crane truck every day for just 1 crane specific job a day. While other service work which does not require a crane truck can be done from that large crane asset, it is a better use of vehicles to use them primarily for their designed function.Thanks

Hi, Is anyone familiar with this error we are receiving when trying to delete any resource from a few specific groups, but not all groups,  under the PERSONS tab in Resource Details?  We have checked/compared all the set up and we are clearly missing something.     ResourceDetails/PersonGroupForm (server error)Database error occurred. Hi,  As mentioned in the title, I had tested the eform termination for a configured workflow where when you fill in the survey, the work should be incomplete.The filters were added for planning information: This setup worked as expected. The incomplete prompt came up after completing the survey.  Then I was testing with setting the Filters based on the object information: The action flow was added with termination eform similar to above: This did not prompt the incomplete after completing the eform.  Could this be a bug? I also tested the same with the WF that worked (11) by removing the planning information and adding object information as filters which confirmed the termination only applied for planning information.  Thank you!

FSM to PSO via SmartclientWith multiple datasets in PSO, it seems that PSO is changing activity type colours/colors from one dataset to another. We want consistent activity type colors across all datasets. Looking at activity types in PSO, there aren’t any color customizations. This is an Install in one dataset, colored by Activity Type in the Gantt: And this is an Install in another dataset:There are no colors set in PSO for Activity Types:Guessing there is a simple explanation, something just got missed somewhere. Does anyone know why PSO is showing different colors for activity types in different datasets? Users have said they haven’t changed any local/personal settings. Worst case we can do a RAM change to select specific colors by activity type by dataset, but curious why we would have to do that and why PSO activity type colors are not consistent across all datasets.
