FSM Mobile (6 update 9): user have mobile app issues after server updates/patches

My customer has informed that some of their mobile users have issues with FSM mobile app after customer IT department apply their monthly updates/patches (Microsoft etc.) on servers.

The user has to uninstall and reinstall the FSM mobile app completely to be able to get it working again.

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour as well?

They are currently on FSM 6 UPD 9

The techs could no longer receive new data being delivered to the app from the office side, mainly new Tasks that were assigned to them.

Hi Kanwar,

did you check the Server/Mobile Logs and the “Mobile Error Log” (available in Smart Client) for any exceptions during that time?
