Field Service Management (FSM) & Planning and Scheduling Optimization (PSO)

We recently updated from FSM 6u6 to 6u15, and have run into an issue with the mobile app where new messages are not populating to the mm_message_out table to be sent to mobileNo sync rules have changed, scheduled process for perform_mobile_replication is running, and audits have not changed.Using the Sync Rule Analyzer shows the expected number of rows returned, but those rows never make it to the mm_message_out table to be processed to mobileIs there anywhere else I should be looking to solve this?

While a user creates a request manually or automatically via interface, the currency field in web client shows a currency symbol before the currency value (e.g. $). The currency symbol in the currency value field is not needed, as the currency code itself is available / mapped to a specific field anyway. AnalysisThe custom metadata mask type for this field is defined as Currency   Code table 'Currency' is filled with curencysymbol=$  We assumed that this currency symbol in the code tables is responsible for the display of the currency symbol for mask type currency in the request screen.Work DoneRemove currency symbol from currency in code table. Change Currency mask type to integer -> currency value shown without separators.Expected result as follows Display delimiters for decimals and thousands for integers without using Currency mask type. Don't display any currency symbol when using mask type Currency100 -> 100,00 1000 -> 1.000,00 10000- > 10.000,00 1000000 -> 1.000.0

In iOS, we want to hide Complete from the summary page unless there is a product attached to the request - as a final check that everything is in place before billing is triggered. how can I add a validation to disable Complete if the field is blank? we’re trying to do a client script to hide it but are not having success identifying the name of that Complete button/hyperlink/thing 

A User accidently cancelled a Work Order generated from the PM Action Maintenance Plan. This work order should not have been cancelled and the Maintenance is required to be completed / recorded. How can I cancel the cancellation? It will not let me regenerate a WO for the Cancelled Line and I do not want to Generate Next Years Line to record it.Thanks,

Hi Experts,One customer has a requirement to restrict a person such that he could see only 3 Place IDs in ‘Place’ screen & the same to be visible in Place lookup in ‘Request’ Screen. Are there any suggestions to configure this behavior?My initial focus was on Access groups & Lookup XML in UI designer. But, I doubt the exact behavior could be achieved. Hi All,We have a requirement to create Resource Buckets and assign the capacity in terms of activity per day each bucket can handle. So all the tasks related to the Resource Bucket will be tied up as per the capacity and allocated to the Resource Bucket. hi,I was wondering if it was possible that when a Work Order is generated from a PM Action that a Planned Purchase Requisition can also be created. We have a large volume of PM Actions that require a set list of Parts each time they are completed that currently the Users are manually creating each time and I hoped that we could have them defined in the PM Action and auto created when the event is generated. Thanks in Advance.

HelloOur company would like to start have equipment and tool management in IFS10.  The purpose is to have equipment/tool overview/management , and some activity being recorded and reminded to take per due date.. ), but have some questions need you help clarify: In IFS10 functions, what is the different of Functional/Serial object and Tool/Equipment? which one it more suitable for us to use?  Now we record these equipment/tool in IFS10 as Fixed Assets>objects with certain object group, in the future, how these two function can be linked together? Your quick reply is appreciated. ThanksSusan  

We are using FSM Service Version: 6.12.8067.26520 and facing Daily base slowness in system how to avoid 

In FSM Mobile, we have Task Steps screen which is "List with CheckBox”.Our requirement is to set the Steps to be completed when the screen is launched.We are able to use “Populate Script” to populate the Completed flag, when the screen is opened.But, when clicking on Next, the data doesn’t get saved.Can you please assist in either handling the checkbox change event or in the NEXT button script to save the changes.
