Hi Experts,There is a requirement from customer that they need to rollback the entire transaction if any issue occurs during the transaction. Example - Inbound integrationCreate task/place/requestIssue occurred during place creation. Roll back task, request also with the place entity rollback process They need to rollback whole parent/child creation/update if any issue is occurred during the inbound integration phase.Any idea about this? Thanks and regards,Hasara

Currently a notification message has been set-up to send a specific report that is triggered by a combination of Monitor Schedules and Business Rule. Is it possible to display the contents of the report in the e-mail body instead of only as an attachment. The request is to display contents of the report in the e-mail as well as to attach the report as a Excel file. The customer is using FSM 6 V 12.Constraints: The number of rows on the excel file generated as the report is not fixed Maximum rows on the excel file cannot be predictedThe report required to be displayed in the body of the message notifications.  

Hi Experts,I am trying to use the INPUT TYPE = ‘Inbound XML’ for the inbound maps in xml map as shown below.It seems INPUT TYPE = ‘Inbound XML’ is not working but the INPUT TYPE = ‘Response XML’ is working as expected. Why inbound xml type is not working here? Hello, we implemented OAUTH2 integration to support API exchange of Customer ERP (Microsoft BC) with FSM. Customer want us to manage Client Credential as Grant Type and avoid the refresh token step (within the postman it launch the pop-up for authentication). Any recommendation on how to fulfill this? Or what can we propose to Customer to avoid the pop-up step or automating it?Please note thay are using Service Bus to orchestrate API calls.Thanks

Hi Team,is there any way to generate inbound interface json/xsd definition for inbound interfaces using xml map to share it to external system.  perform inbound is generic one , it is not related xml map which we built for specific fields related to tables/hierarchy

Partner tried to PUSH data into FSM using perform_inbound_integration to integrate large amount of data into IFS FSM. The data is being pushed in batches. Each batch size is 100. It was noticed that It's successfully integrates up to 15 cycles but after that it throws a “500 Internal Server Error” error.Thus, we would like to understand how much load IFS FSM can handle?We tried with different batch sizes and it was noticed that when the batch size increases the cycles number is reduced.Is there a specific solution to handle this process of loading data in batches?

We recently updated from FSM 6u6 to 6u15, and have run into an issue with the mobile app where new messages are not populating to the mm_message_out table to be sent to mobileNo sync rules have changed, scheduled process for perform_mobile_replication is running, and audits have not changed.Using the Sync Rule Analyzer shows the expected number of rows returned, but those rows never make it to the mm_message_out table to be processed to mobileIs there anywhere else I should be looking to solve this?

While a user creates a request manually or automatically via interface, the currency field in web client shows a currency symbol before the currency value (e.g. $). The currency symbol in the currency value field is not needed, as the currency code itself is available / mapped to a specific field anyway. AnalysisThe custom metadata mask type for this field is defined as Currency   Code table 'Currency' is filled with curencysymbol=$  We assumed that this currency symbol in the code tables is responsible for the display of the currency symbol for mask type currency in the request screen.Work DoneRemove currency symbol from currency in code table. Change Currency mask type to integer -> currency value shown without separators.Expected result as follows Display delimiters for decimals and thousands for integers without using Currency mask type. In iOS, we want to hide Complete from the summary page unless there is a product attached to the request - as a final check that everything is in place before billing is triggered. how can I add a validation to disable Complete if the field is blank? we’re trying to do a client script to hide it but are not having success identifying the name of that Complete button/hyperlink/thing 

A User accidently cancelled a Work Order generated from the PM Action Maintenance Plan. This work order should not have been cancelled and the Maintenance is required to be completed / recorded. How can I cancel the cancellation? It will not let me regenerate a WO for the Cancelled Line and I do not want to Generate Next Years Line to record it.Thanks,
