Need to implement below business flow in IFS Cloud.
please suggest best module to use
Case --> WorkOrder -> FSE Assignment --> FSE Mobilization --> Time and Expense Entry --> Daily Work Entry --> FSE Ticket.
We only want to track FSE work and their time/work/expense and that too daily.
There are 2 modules in FSM
Service Management and Service in IFS Cloud, please suggest which module to use.
