I have item #ABC  that I want to add on a customer order.  This item has sales charge A and Sales charge B Customer X gets sales charge type A and BCustomer Y gets sales charge type BCustomer Z gets sales charge type A How can ifs fetch specific sales charge types per item per customer

As per the title, in my Basic data I’ve defined that when a CO is raised from an Opportunity that the Business Opportunity must be Closed after.  However, when I try to convert a Business Opportunity Line to a Customer Order this option is both False and Greyed out. Why is this happening when my basic data settings confirm the opposite of this?   Any help would be appreciated.  Apps 10 - EE - U23

Hello,IFS Cloud: CRM access groupREPRESENTATIVES :When I click on Find, User List contains some list of users.How could I know where are these people saved ? Is there any special User group or Permission Set (End User Role) or something ?  If People are Part of Permission Set, they should have access to specific pages or being able to do something more than others ? Thanks for help :-)

I can’t seem to save every Business Mail as I want to. Basic emails that I send from CRM Panels work fine. The Mail Body’s save fine such as this:  However, more complicated emails get turned into HTML in the Mail Body in IFS. How can I view these more complicated emails in IFS? Here are my CRM Default Values: 

Dear All, In the past, when we released a CO with Shipment type ‘NR’, IFS would automatically create a shipment for all CO Lines, but would exclude the Non-inventory items. In recent versions of IFS cloud, the non inventory items are added to the shipment. But is this a setting or not? In my current case, this is absolutely not desired by the client, and I was hoping since it was not like this in the past that this would be controlled by a setting on the Company/Site or some Basic Data. Can anyone comment on this or provide some tips? Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

IFS Cloud 24R2;The scenario is such that there is a Business Opportunity for an Account and this is driven by a Consulting firm, I wish to add this Consulting firm as a Contact on the Business Opportunity. I have created a new Business Opportunity using the following steps :1.Using the New Business Opportunity wizard 2.Added Mandatory Description , selected and Account and Currency3.Viewed the Business Opportunity4.In the Contacts section, I have added a new contact 5.Selected an Account whose Category is ‘Other’6.Selected a Contact for that Account7.Application prompt - Do you want to add this account into related accounts - selected yes8.Contact line and Related Accounts line is populated correctly. Problem :When I go into the Account Contact screen for the additional contact I added, the Business Oppotunity section does not show the Business Opportunity to which this

Dear Community, We have a customer which owns several companies. They have defined a group credit limit applicable for all the Customer Orders placed on all entities of the group. As the credit limit is own at company level in IFS customers, what is the best practice to apply this limit on all the companies within the full group. IE : Credit limit at group level is : 500 000 $ t = 1 Company A received an order of 300 000 $t = 2 Company B received an order of 150 000 $t = 3 Company C received an order of 75 0000 $ => blocked due to credit limit Regards  

Hi,  Can someone confirm if there is functionality in IFS Business Mails when an outgoing message is being sent out via CRM Panels. Is there any functionality that will confirm if the outgoing message has been read or not and is/can this be saved into the Business Mail in IFS?  I’ve not come across this functionality in the documentation I’ve read so far but wondered if it exists in Apps 10 or IFS Cloud?  Thank you. 

Hi,  Can someone please confirm that without use of a custom script; mass reassignment of a CRM Main Rep to a Customer is only possible in IFS Cloud and not possible in standard Apps 10 (U23). Or is there some functionality/screen that a find and replace is possible? Same goes for the Sales Person record on the Customer screen, Order tab. Thank you. 

Good morning, can someone provide me with an explanation regarding the logic behind the operation of the page for Sales Part Cross Reference? Why, after saving a record on this page, am I unable to edit the field Customer's Part No? Is there any logical justification for why it is locked for editing? For now I can only delete the record and add a new one...

Service quotations, different to Sales quotations, appear to lack the details tab of the sales quotation where payment terms can be specified.Has anybody come up with a workaround to this limitation or knows if there are plans to implement this functionality, before doing a modification.Many thanksDominik

Hello,Currently we are using IFS Cloud and our customer invoices dont have the Prepay and Add charge that is added to our shipments. We use the invoice report to create invoices, not the collective invoice, which did have the PPA charge appear on the invoice.How can we fix this? We currently have create customer invoice set as a batch job but will switching to the create shipment invoice fix this issue? or does the shipment invoice have different fields/parameters as the customer invoice? We dont want to lose the charges and the original information the customer invoice has

Hi AllSo far I've tested unsuccessfully in ifs 24.1.1 the following scenario. Received a PO into Inventory and moved those parts to a RWH through Shipment order. However the Demand ref1...4 is empty on the Shipment order line. The expectation is to fetch the demand PO # as the ref no on the Shipment order line. Can someone help fetch that through their testing and advise me? Where do I set the demand code for that?  Also if there are multiple PO receipts where multiple Demand Refs can be shown on the Shipment Order, its ideal [upto 4 I guess] Thanks,Asela

Receiving the error “This customer order line is not valid for use on this RMA line.” when adding customer order line into an RMA.  Original customer order is Invoiced/Closed and not used on any other RMA.  Tried with both Customer order and Shipment ID options but the result is same.   Any idea why this is happening? Note : This is order specific error. 

All,I have been working on a success engagement with a customer who wants to do their ABC analysis in a manner different from the standard way IFS calculates it. The standard method is based on the sales transactions but if you have high volume items that are in stock and not yet sold (large engine assemblies that are infrequently sold) or low value but high-volume items (such as fasteners that can be replenished in days), the standard method may result in false settings. The current calculation does not have any consideration of the items' lead times.The customer would rather set the value of the items to set the ABC class based on their value rather than the sales amount.Has anyone encountered this dilemma before and if so, how did you handle it? We COULD use an external script to do this evaluation, so I'd appreciate your guidance on this! Thanks!

In Business Opportunity Pipeline Chart, you can apply filters and generate the filtered list of Business Opportunities below the chart. I can enable editing of the Business Opportunities list on this page, but any changes do not flow to the actual Business Opportunities. Is it possible to link these?Ideally, we’d like to conduct cadence calls using this screen and edit the Business Opportunities at the same time.Thanks!

How to bulk edit Business Opportunities in IFS Cloud:Navigate to Business Opportunities and open Page Designer Under OpportunityOverviewPage, expand Content and select Business Opportunities list Scroll down to Opportunities List details and enable Crudactions Under Crudactions, enable EditAny updates made to Business Opportunities will update the Business Opportunity. However, you can skip sales process stages on Business Opportunities and the skipped stages will not close on Business Opportunity. I haven’t found a solution to this yet.

Good morning, Which settings defines which field you enter price on customer order line? Sometimes it’s field “Price Incl Tax/Curr” and sometimes  “Price/Curr”. Both of customers are in the same currency.  price/curr fieldprice incl tax/currBoth of them are with tax code 5%.

My sales team is using Business Opportunity to add lines and only moving to Sales Quotation when the quote is ready to be generated for the customer. They wish to see “Available Qty” on Opportunity Lines just like the native field displays on the Sales Quotation Lines. It doesn’t appear I can create a simple read only reference field for this and need a select statement. I haven’t been able to get one to work, can someone offer assistance?
