In Apps 10, we have the ability to create a Mail Merge from the Customer Contacts screen.
Does this functionality in Cloud exist and if so, is it related to Marketing Lists? I can’t see any documentation for Mail Marge in Cloud 24 R2:

Unfortunately, there is no Mail Merge in IFS Cloud. The mail merge functionality Applications10 IEE could not be converted to the web client due to technical limitations and we have not found any new technology to replace it.
Marketing lists are a list of contacts that can be used in marketing campaigns. For example, salespeople can create their own list of contacts that the marketing department can add as targets when creating campaigns.
