Hello community,We are using IFS version 8.While creating invoice user first reserves the stock then performs report reserved quantity as picked.Then when he checks this picked line then he don’t find these lines but when I check through IFSAPP user login then I found it.I am not able to find out this issue.Can somebody help. RegardsDeepak Navale

We are using IFS 9 Patch 17 as of November. Recently I had an employee who created a quote to order situation for parts. They reserved the parts and then created the picklist. This area does not use Shipment so it was just a picklist. When they got out to the area the part was not there and cannot be fulfilled. In the past they thought they could still pull it off of the picklist (but no one remembers how they did it). I took the situation to our test environment and proved if the part did not make it to the pick list you can still unreserve it. Once on the pick list you cannot unreserve, you cannot change quantities, and I cannot seem to figure out how to report the line not picked. Anything I try to change on the line of the pick list just does not let us save. Could this be an issue in SP 17 or is there something I am missing when trying to help them out?

Hi,   I was wondering if anybody has had any experience in integrating a customer loyalty program with IFS? This would be analogous to something like a Starbucks loyalty points program. Which third party companies have had experience in integrating with IFS?

I would like to complete this RMA, but am unable to.The 1st line allows receipt, but the second line says ‘0’ - I have tried to receive that into stock but the RMA pop up just resets the value to spaces and am unable to change the status - any thoughts?? Any thoughts how I can complete/close this RMA?

As the title suggests, we have an issue where our sales team have been through the usual process of Picking/Delivery/Delivery Confirming our sales quantities however in this instance it seems that 3 out of 4 were delivery confirmed. The system then carried out the next process of creating a customer invoice from this confirmation and created an invoice for 3 out of the 4. This has left 1 item behind. If I go to Delivery Confirmation of Customer Orders (below), right-click on the line and select Delivery Confirmation the line disappears. If I press F2 it comes back again.  The issue I believe is that the line is at the status Invoiced/Closed. As you can see above, delivered

Hi,I have created a call centre case and accepted the case.  When I dispatch the task to a user the user cannot see the task assigned to them.  The user is in the support orgainization and I can see that the queue is the right one and the user’s name comes up on the task in the queue but the user does not see the task to accept.  The employee is an assignee for the work group and support organization.Is there specific basic data that is required in order for the user to be able to accept the case task?

Dears, How can i find back and old pick list? The costumer order is Invoiced and closed, Pick list is reported. But I would like to ‘reprint’ (virtually) the pick list that was used.I can see the pick list number in the transaction history Thank you!

Has anyone a solution to send standard documentation (e.g. Delivery Terms) as an attached PDF with every Customer Order Confirmation?

for a customer they need to calculate the broker and dealer commission. for that i was trying to do a setup. for that, I have created a commission agreement, commission receiver group and commission receiver as well. the calculation base for the agreement is ‘Order Entry’. so it should work when the customer order is saved. but in my case its not happening. can anyone say, what have i missed during the setup??

I’m researching the use of Customer Agreements and I have 1 set up - what I am wondering is how you enter a Customer Order and ensure these prices get pulled through?

Dear IFC Experts You kind help is appreciate,  I have a request from business where they want to add unit price as “ Current Cost + 10% margin”  in customer order line for specific customers. Our costing method is weighted average so cost is changing frequently. As at now, we user price list and the problem is user needs to change it each time.  Have you got this kind of request from business and what would be the best approach to achieve this ?

Is there a way to copy an IFS Request for a large volume rollout that has multiple orders with the same configuration?  For example, 1,000 of the same config shipping out, can you create 1,000 of the same IFS request config, or copy an existing one multiple times instead of having to create an individual request 1,000 times?

How do you extend Authorization rule/s (or)add authorization  persons to any screen in APPS 10. Would appreciate  any tips in this regard. 

When we create a customer order out of a work order, there is no option to influence the order of the lines / positions.My idea would be to add a custom field, that offers the option to change the order of the lines.First: enter a new sequencethen: add a right mouse menue to update the pos no in COL.Restriction: only applicable for CO in status Planned.Any comments, help, hints from the community?Btw: I am wondering, if Selling (CRM) is the correct sub forum, but where else would customer orders be located?Regards Martina
