How to use fixed freight charge

Hi, please make sure that “Shipment Freight Charges Invoiced” tick box in Shipment window is selected. It indicates that the invoice lines are created for the shipment freight charge lines. The shipment freight charges can be invoiced via the Create Shipment Invoices window.

I can check the “Apply Fixed Delivery Freight” check box, but not “Shipment Freight Charged Invoiced”.

Could you tell me where can I enable this check box please?

Hi @CheHiroyK 

This is due to the site setting ‘Use freight charges at shipment’. You must enable this before any Preliminary state shipment are available.
