Hello want to build migration job wich based on the service resource assistant creation. The reousrce will be based on existing person and resource group. Is it something we can do by using the API method ? and if yes where i can find list of method of this API or have acces to the view.New service resource creation 

I am looking for a way to run a replication job for Inventory Parts from Contract A to Contract B. However, I want to change the value of a few fields when it goes to Contract B. Overall, we are changing to streamline our part creation process and one of the challenges we have faced was trying to replicate 80% of the inventory part into a new contract, but there are few value changes. Example would be Inventory Part Planner 17 for Contract A = Inventory Part Planner 20 for Contract B. Is it possible to change values of certain fields through the replication job?

HI All,I got the below situation recently for a customer environment in IFS Cloud 23R1. I  had only CUSTOMER_INFO and CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS target tables were marked as ‘In Scope’. When clicked on Expand Scope by Target Table's References One Level, it was taking long time and hung up.Have anyone of you experienced this ?Do you know any particular reason for this and how to overcome this issue?  Thanks in advance!  

 During the installation of version 1.2.0, we encountered an issue with the delivery process known as the 'Delivery Not in Sequence Error'. It appears that the delivery order was not completed correctly. I have attached a screenshot for further information.  

How to find the LTU user list? Who should import the licenses to the application?  Migrated from IFS 9 to IFS cloud through DB upgrade all the users are also active without importing  new license key, if there is any additional users are requested by customer, so do we need to get the new license from IFS and what is the process of this? what are the steps which we needs follow to import the new license key in IFS cloud instance which will be issued by IFS, NOT able to find import option in the system. 

Hello All,I'm looking for guidance on how to update a custom field in IFSAPP9 using an Excel Migration job. While I've created several migration job in the past this is the first one I'm creating that requires me to dump data into a custom field. The Custom field Is named HB_Origin. when looking at the debug console I see that IFS use the OBJID to update the field. How can get the OBJID from the Part_No the end user enters?

Hello!I’m trying to find out why my Navigation Link Command is not taking me to the correct page. The name; CPEGEN_OpportunityLinesList_NavigateToForm(1) is correct but the NavigationToForm(1) is navigating to the wrong page. Is there a way for me to find out why this is happening or a way to configure NavigateToForm(1) to the right page^

Hi Community, I have tried to add the Excel migration Add-in (IFS Excel Add-in - 21.2.0.2) using both Excel windows client and office 365 web client for IFS Cloud. When I click the IFS Excel Add-in icon in the Excel, I am getting the ADD-IN ERROR.For the window client, I have opened the Excel as ‘Run as  Administrator’. so this is not a privilege issue.  Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Best Regards,Kapilan

hiI am looking for some ways how I can create service contracts easily in IFS without manually creating them.I can get service contract on paper( could be hand written) or I can get in excel.  This is kind of urgent. as we have lot of service contract to be created I am trying to see my ways . Appreciate any help/

Hello everyone,I have met one tough problem from time to time. I often need to upload Customers’ Purchase Order into IFS 10. Most formats of theses POs are PDF, and they contain less than 20 lines, in this case, I would upload them into IFS manually. But there are some POs in Excel format and contain more than 100 lines (we can see Sales Part Number, Quantity, Unit Price with Currency, Wanted Delivery Date, etc. In short, all the key information is provided) It may take me more than one hour to deal with it if I choose to set up it in IFS and this is what I did for a several times before. Time-consuming job!!! So, does anyone here know how to do migration job for upload one PO of Excel format containing more than 100 lines one time? Also, does anyone here know how to create a lot of sales parts (usually more than 50) one time? Issue I'm using Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_Endpoint_Json to call rest API service. It works fine for POST and GET, but it does not work for PATCH. I'm getting following error message:ExecutionException from Sender thread Caused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending data Caused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Patch error: 405 (Method Not Allowed)The same PATCH call works fine from Postman, so there is no issue on receiver side.Product Version: 22R2SU8  Resolution Restarting the ifsapp-connect container will the solve the initial issue. Then you might see the below error,ExecutionException from Sender threadCaused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending dataCaused by: ifs.fnd.base.SystemException: Patch error: 201 (Created)This happens because by default IFS Connect Rest Sender doesn’t accept HTTP Code 201 as a success response. Dear IFS Community;Does anyone know how to import field Phone for a Lead with a Migration Job?I don’t understand why this field is not available in the File Mapping tab for BUSINESS_LEAD view (same issue with Mobile or Email).I try to add manually a field named "PHONE", no error on the execution but it’s not working. Missing Fields in the File Mapping tag for BUSINESS_LEAD viewAdd field PHONE manually (not working)If someone have a solution to this it’s will be very helpfull.Thanks

I am getting this error on a migration job.  I have refreshed the dictionary cache and that did not help.  I am currently on Apps 10 Update 16.

I’ve created an Excel migration job to modify values on a Sales Price List, but it seems that each time that I execute the job, a new record is created instead of updating the record that already exists. For this particular migration job, there will never be a requirement to insert new values, only update existing.   Any ideas what I am doing incorrectly? Environment: 23R1 SU 1 Source Mapping:Method List Attributes: 

Hi,We are looking into different options for migrating data from external systems into IFS Cloud. It is my understanding that the recommended approach is to use the Data Migration Manager component to import data into IFS Cloud via flat file.We are expecting to import a huge number of records into IFS and we are looking for an alternative to flat file import method due to performance impact. Are there any other options for migration? (e.g. external database connection) If not, are there plans on improving this feature in the near future?Any insights will help. Thanks!
