How to find the LTU user list? Who should import the licenses to the application? Migrated from IFS 9 to IFS cloud through DB upgrade all the users are also active without importing new license key, if there is any additional users are requested by customer, so do we need to get the new license from IFS and what is the process of this? what are the steps which we needs follow to import the new license key in IFS cloud instance which will be issued by IFS, NOT able to find import option in the system.

Regarding licensing, there is no license file in IFS Cloud. The system only detects how many users are active and which kind of functionality is used and summarize it in the license metrics.
