Hi, When a new create a Asset from autocreation from PO  for Company Owned Rental Asset, the Inventory Transaction History is created with zero cost and no postings. Therefore in the Supplier Invoice the Asset need to be manually posted to activate the object.Is this the standard behavior?Thanks

Hi all,My organisation are looking to implement the eBuyer extension for IFS App10 and we have it installed in one of our test environments. However I am struggling with the technical setup. Routing rules, routing addresses, transformers and punchout urls ++I have all the basic setup in place and a good understanding of how the functionality works. I am struggling to find resources that can help me with the required setup. Hello Everyone, I am trying to setup the basic data to run a Intersite flow. In customer’s scenario, he starts with a Purchase Order and then an automatic customer order will be created. All these involves Internal suppliers and Internal customers. what basic data should be there prior running a flow like this. Thank you in advance.

Hi IFS Community!I’ve been tasked with hunting down why a Scheduled Database Task for process Mrp_Process_API.Schedule_Mrp_Process__ keeps ending with a status of ‘Error’. The Error Text field has a notice “This background job was set to state Error because the executing Oracle process was killed. ( Detected by cleanup process at 2025-01-08-23.49.11 )”. I’ve checked out a few other Community posts noting that the Light Cleanup process may be responsible, but the Light Cleanup job was posted / started executing 2 seconds after the time reported in the MRP background job. The last bit of output in the background job is:“Site X MS Calculation for MS parts that have received exploded demand started at 20250108 21:36:24”I’ve checked out the Oracle Alert log and other background jobs executing around the same time that the process was killed, but the only thing that I see being suspicious is this entry in the Oracle Alert log:2025-01-08T23:54:59.981027-06:00NET  (PID:13564): Possible network

Hi all!Is it possible to add supplier contact e-mail to the purchase order if contact is missing in the supplier view and the order is sent by the added e-mail? Or do the e-mail needs to be added in Supplier view? BREmma

I have a PO in Received status, and it had been Received/Closed but now it’s hanging in Received. There had been a Pending Change Order that was cancelled. I cannot simply Close. What are some other issues that can prevent it Closing, and how do I fix that?

I want to set min and max inventory levels for raw materials.  If the min I want to have on hand is 3400 and the max I want to have on hand is 6800, where do I set those levels?  And then if I have MOQs, how does this come into play?  Will MRP work with using mins and maxs?

I get this error when I try to register all lines.Would you help me? 

Is it possible to release a customer order from a blanket order to drive demand and ship? Current we have to enter a new CO and reduce the qty on the customer blanket order to keep track. We find this clunky and time consuming.

Kindly what are the conditions for the customer orders to appear in the tab page ‘available orders’ to connect them. I have one internal customer order with reserved status same site and customer as shipment but it doesn't appear, the 2 sites are in 2 different companies. we are using IFS10. the addresses are identical and delivery information as well.Thank you.

We are currently using IFS V9 and receive an updated price list from our supplier at the beginning of each year. Is there a way to automate the process of uploading the price list into the "Supplier for Purchase Part" - Price List? Manually updating the price list is very time-consuming due to the large number of parts involved, and I’m confident there must be a more efficient solution. Thanks.  

What will happen if include safety stock for planning method G parts?. Here we upload forecast and exists min. & max. stock levels. 

I have a ticket in with IFS about this issue at the moment but I also wanted to post it out here to let everyone else know that this is occurring in cloud today. On the IPAP screen there is a column called “projected quantity”. In the past, if you filtered the list on the “all” tab, projected qty would update based off of the available qty - the qty required for the specific order/filter applied. This was the logic in 10 at least. In cloud this does not happen and our buyers almost bought more material because the filter that’s being applied was not recalculating the projected qty.We regularly filter out MRP messages and won’t do the type of filtering that I’m doing below but the reason for filtering out the MRP messages is because it’s just a suggestion, we may move those orders around. The only way to remove the MRP messages from cloud is to delete the messages which we also don’t want to do.Please see my screenshots. IEE previous line projected qty minus demand = current line projec

I am looking for a report or a page in IFS that will show me an entire product structure including the primary suppliers for each purchase part.  Does such a thing exist in IFS?

Hello, We have two sites, Site A and Site B set up in a planning network. Both sites A and B can purchase Part 1 from an external supplier. The Site A internal supplier is setup as a multi-site planned supplier for Part 1 on the internal Supplier for Purchase Part on Site B. If Site B has demand for Part 1 and has no on-hand quantity, the planning network MRP is creating a purchase requisition from the external supplier even though we have sufficient on-hand quantity at Site A to fulfil the demand at Site B.Is this standard behavior? Is there a way to change this to have the planning network MRP recognize the available stock in Site A and create an internal distribution order instead of an external purchase requisition? The external supplier is the primary supplier on both sites and should stay that way, but if stock is available at the other site, we’d like to use that rather than buying more. Thanks for your help,Dylan​

Hi All,Can we get list of parts picked in a shop order picklists. My customer is using pick by choice so ideally serials or lot batches in the pick list might be changed when picked.  Customer is using wadaco for picking. They expect to generate a printout on what picked. Is there any way that I can get what got picked for the shop order.for customer order pick lists we have a separate window “Picked pick lists” but nothing available for shop orders.Any ideas on how to get this please. Thanks,Chamath

Hello all,We want to use the supplier calendar to reflect the impact of Chinese New Year in the planning leadtime. But for some reason I cannot seem to let it work. The steps taken so far:Created calendar; Entered exceptions to the calendar (start of CNY + start up time); Generated the calendar; Added the calendar to the supplier; Run Calculate Purchase Leadtime.I would expect the expected leadtime in the inventory part would be updated. But I do not see a change. Is the correct way to set it up? Any idea's, tips and tricks are highly appreciated.

Does anyone know if there are a notification option in Cloud for not accidentally purchase a part you already have created a PO for?

Hello, In IFS Applications 10 there was a Leadtime Auto option on Supplier for Purchase Part. I am currently working in a IFS Cloud 24R1 environment and can’t find this option, has it been moved somewhere else or is this functionality not available in IFS Cloud?BRSebastian

When you select lead time auto, do you need to change the lead time to 0 so it kicks in, or will it automatically calculate lead time for the PO and over-ride the number of days entered in the field?

Is there a way to automatically upload PO receipts that need to be zeroed out?
