Hello IFS Community, In my company we’re using IFS 9.0.020.0 version.  When we click a tab for the first time on any page, an error occurs while loading the dll package. The problem exists in the image.  Do you have a solution for this issue? Thank you, Muzaffer 

What’s Changing?Our third-party map provider has deprecated certain legacy features and is now focusing on a new platform to deliver enhanced map capabilities. As a result, the current map functionality in some versions of IFS Cloud will stop working after 30th June.The deprecated API for “Here Maps” has been identified as an issue for Dispatch Console customers.  This issue affects the framework rather than the application itself. Without the necessary changes, the Map capability will not be available on Dispatch Console. How Do I Know I am Impacted?Customers whose Framework Service Update are on these releases and later are not impacted:·         23R2 SU 18 (15th May 2025)·         24R1 SU 12 (15th May 2025)·         24R2 SU 6 (15th May 2025)·         25R1 GAAny customers running a version out of continuous support: 23R1 and earlier, will also be impacted.  These customers cannot use the same process and will need to take the latest release update.Framework Service Update LevelCustom

Hello,I'm having problems with preventive maintenance on the IFS APP10. I would like to put preventive maintenance on the IFS but I don't understand how the information passes from one stage to another. When I create a MP action with the necessary information, I don't see any transformation into a BT on the day of the intervention or any alert telling me that there is preventive maintenance to be done.Does anyone have a document, diagram or anything showing the flow and path taken by preventive maintenance (MP action, programmes, etc.)?Thank you very much,Luken 

Is there any documentation for the Incoming Orders process or any documentation that could answer the following questions?• How does the application determine the contract (site) to apply to the order? For instance, we have 1 order that finds the contract (site) but others that don’t so I would like to understand what the determining factors are.• Is there a way to have the system enter the Input UOM, Input Qty and select the appropriate SPL for the order without these being on the Customer’s PO?• Is there a way to include on the Incoming Order and the Customer Order what the customer’s PO sales price is so that it can be compared to what the current sales price actually is?Product Version: 24.2.5

In IFS 9, we used to be able to define different searches depending on if the header or the row was selected. Clicking on the header would bring back the entire list that was displayed in the lobby element. Clicking on the row would only bring back that one item in the query.Is there a way to accomplish this in IFS Cloud - specifically 24R1?It would be nice to link the header to an overview form and the row to a detail form.

Currently using IFS Applications 2003, and I need to make layout changes to some reports generated via StreamServe. The files we have are: .lxf file (layout file) .dux file (data/config file) There are no .rpt (Crystal Reports) files, as these reports are not based on Crystal Reports.I need to add a text label  to the layout, but I’m unable to open or edit the .lxf file. From my research, it looks like I’ll need StreamServe Design Center (formerly known as StreamServe Studio) installed to make these edits.A few questions: What version of StreamServe Design Center is compatible with IFS 2003? Are there any specific installation steps or prerequisites for older versions? Is there an alternative way to edit .lxf files without Design Center? Does anyone have a working installer or link to download the required version? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We are considering turning on the function on a site to allow “Move Functional Objects”?  We learned that once this is turned on it cannot be turned off. What are the potential negative impacts on the system if turn this on?

When opening an ongoing task in Aurena (Service module), the side panel opens every time. This causes the technicians to have to minimize it each time, which is a minor annoyance. They often use tablets, and the panel takes up a lot of space.Currently, we are on IFS UPD25.Is it possible to have it always minimized? If so, how? I am receiving an error saying “unc paths are not supported. defaulting to windows directory”  when trying to install Application Server locally  using  IFS Developer studio. Could anyone guide me  how I can avoid that error. ? Thank you! 

Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to manually connect or peg an estimate to a business opportunity and even a certain business opportunity revision? 

Every time I try to log in to the community, it does not recognize my password and I have to change my password every time.Any ideas what is causing this?I am using my proper username every time.  I have used my password manager as well as manually entering it and both fail, I have to reset every time.

We would like to be able to display messages (announcements) in assystNET based on Contact User Query Profiles like you can with FAQ’s. The current method of using CSGs to do this is too cumbersome and requires a level of complexity that is just too much to administer

The IFS Cloud 25R1 Deprecation Log lists the fonts that will no longer be available in Report Studio. -Monotype fonts will no longer be available in Report Studio after 25R2-Fonts need to be adjusted to match the new standard (Deja Vu) If IFS is going to disable Monotype fonts and make Deja Vu the standard, I think they need to add Deja Vu to the report font screen as soon as possible. How can I develop layouts using Deja Vu fonts and map them to Japanese fonts to develop reports? <Background>Currently, we are developing reports with IFS Cloud 24R2. Given the above policy, we plan to develop layouts using Deja Vu fonts in Report Studio and map them to Japanese fonts so that we will not be affected when 25R2 is applied in the future. However, Deja Vu is not displayed on the IFS Cloud report font screen. As a result, we cannot map Deja Vu to Japanese fonts.

I deploy software by creating win32 app packages in windows intune.I am trying to get switches for the IFS DevStudio install to work in CMD (Command) I have tried:SetupDeveloperStudio_18-64bit.exe /S /v/qnandSetupDeveloperStudio_18-64bit.exe /helpBoth display the install wizard in my test environment Sandbox.Can anyone tell me how to obtain the switches OR if there is a .MSI install version please? Many ThanksLouis
