When opening an ongoing task in Aurena (Service module), the side panel opens every time. This causes the technicians to have to minimize it each time, which is a minor annoyance. They often use tablets, and the panel takes up a lot of space.

Currently, we are on IFS UPD25.

Is it possible to have it always minimized? If so, how? Unfortunately, I have limited knowledge regarding Aurena and hope someone can assist with this.
